Regeneration crystal

His past battle made him realize one thing, and that was to get stronger. He lacked the fundamental stats needed. And also, he needed more training. His skills were decent but not strong enough to face the next test of his might.

He would have to be stronger and more cunning in battle. Especially when using skills.

His Dexterity still lacked and even though it was by far the greatest in numbers. He would need also his strength to be higher or greater.

His endurance was only trifling and so he would have to also increase it too. By killing gargoyles boss that was giving +1 Endurance and +10 Health points.

Or a Demon bear boss that gives +3 Strength and +3 Endurance. It also gives +10 health points as a bonus. The perfect monster to kill with his shortage of physique stats.

Also, he was not yet fully adapted to his new body. He was stronger in the past but it was only a memory. He would have to regain his strength back as well as his powers.

He will have to strive harder and the path he would take will be arduous. Without a keeper that would be his teacher, he would have to be on a solo.

Keepers were the founders of the job classes and they were all mythical in ranks. Roan was just a newbie.

He can finally have all the job classes. What can he ask for more?

It was then, that there was a problem that Roan faced and that was his regeneration stat. It was only 1 at the moment which also led to him being slow in casting skills. If there was enough regeneration, then he can maybe have a higher chance of spamming skills.

And so, he will travel to find a good source of regeneration crystal; and that were the Trolls.

They have high regeneration abilities in Health, Stamina, and also Mana regeneration.

And it was a dangerous place to delve into higher-difficulty monster areas. And so, Roan then prepared for the fight. A head-on brawl will be a defeat for him while looking at his physique stats.

But he was cunning, he prepared tonics with his alchemy that will help him with his battle.

A Tear gas potion that was being heightened its effectiveness with poisons mixed in it. Acids were also mixed with it. Also, he brewed some paralyzing poisons that were coated on his arrows. He would have to resort to plan B when things go bad.

It was not bad to be cautious and it helped him a lot in his past life. He will have to be careful this time around and not bite more than he can chew.

With it, he was ready to battle a Troll. Though only one will be an arduous task. Failure means death in his case.

The path toward the Troll's den was in the mountainous regions. And his travel was one day from the capital.

They lived on rocky mountains and blended with them. Making them able to ambush several travelers on bridges and pathways.

Roan then planned to kill them, though one was enough thinking how tiring it was to kill such violent creatures.

Roan then dropped off from the carriage and traveled solitarily on the mountains. The place he was heading to was called Troll's mountain. Even a random rock could be a troll sleeping for many years.

He arrived at the place and it was windy. He immediately sat on a rock and the wind made his clothes flutter. The trolls were scattered throughout the mountain range and Roan then chose the one nearest to him. The rock he was sitting on was moving in up and down pattern that made him realize that it was a troll breathing while asleep.

He coated his sword with paralysis poison and then stabbed it to the ground.

He felt like the ground would explode inside out but it stopped midway. He then saw the body of the troll inside.

With his sword, he located the weakest point and found the location of the heart.

Without having feelings of mercy, he stabbed the heart with great precision. Making the enemy groan and then went limp.

A regeneration crystal then was seen floating in the air and he grabbed it. After he finished grabbing the crystal, Roan then started to move away from the place.

Then all of the sudden, the ground was shaking. He then realized a bad premonition in his mind.

"This is not good!"

Roan then ran as fast as he could from the mountain. Rocks then were flung as Trolls emerged from the ground. Exploding like a bomb.

Roar!

Roan was alarmed, he didn't know killing one would trigger them to wake up. In his past life as a god-rank player, he hunted them easily. But now it was different, and he wondered why.

He ran and then trolls went chasing him. Roan then threw his Tear gas potion into their eyes and they were blinded. They wailed about the process.

He grabbed his bow and fired every single one of the enemy.

They soon caught up with Roan and he evaded a hand that was smashed into the ground. He saw them grabbing trees and were made into a club and others grabbed rocks to throw at him.

"This is bad! This is bad!"

Roan then was thrown rocks and he evaded while hiding in trees. He swerved in evading them and the trees were hit with rocks instead. They went chase and Roan saw that they were slowly weakening.

"The potion is working! This is my chance!"

He then ran hastily as he thought that one regeneration crystal was enough.

He went to glee for a moment. He then saw others throw their tree clubs instead. Making him run and roll on the side.

It was then, after a minute of running, he saw that the numbers that chased him were slowly decreasing. He immediately ran faster, even with his feet aching and weakening. He still ran fast, he would not risk dying as the potion's effects were only for a moment.

He then hid inside the tree he found and then the Trolls then went back to where they came from. He thought that by that moment, the potion's effect has been lifted. He immediately watched the regeneration crystal and was contented. He then went back to the village.

His travel was for a day and he arrived at the village weary. He then felt that he needed to rest after all the tiring travel he had.

He washed in the bathroom and then went to the bedroom. He placed the crystal in front of him and it glowed in yellow radiance. He then started absorbing the crystal by breaking it and felt that the crystal's radiance was getting inside his body.

He felt that his stat of regeneration has now improved. This regeneration crystal gives +1 health regeneration per second, +1 stamina regeneration per second, and +1 mana regeneration per second. As such, Roan felt that he greatly improved.

With it, he watched his stats from his stat that floated mid-air and found the changes written in it.
