22 22- Requirements

Martial Arts could be learnt by everyone, that is what Mark's masters said to him.

But just because everyone could learn martial arts doesn't mean everyone is allowed to learn it, one of the factors for someone to learn martial arts is character.

Unlike cultivation where there could be evil and good cultivator, Martial Artist have something called Neutrality, they are not evil nor they are not good.

Only Mark was the young one in the group, well, maybe also add Chris because he had been taught by Mark, a few times.

Mark also found some threads online. There are also many questions about martial arts, like why was it created? what is it real use for? Mark found these questions when he bought his new phone.

He got excited at that time and end up searching online from morning to night time.

Mark also became curious with these questions and asked the old people and their answers were Martial Arts were created for war.

Every move was aimed on its individual purpose, if its for defending then its unbreakable, if its for escaping then it disappears like a shadow, if its for fighting then its aimed to kill or subdue your enemy.

A simple explanation for a simple way of using martial arts, well, this is what his masters told Mark but he knew they were just being lazy and didn't want to explain.

"Wow! with these materials. we are close to the requirements of establishing a guild" Chris said.

"Requirements of establishing a guild why haven't I heard of this?:" Mark asked.

"I told you last time remember but you didn't listen" Chris rolled his eyes.

"Oh... anyway, what are the requirements of establishing a guild?" Mark asked.

"We need to craft an item called Oath of Death, it takes so much of our resources when crafting one and we also needed the rare ores and some items" Chris said.

"The name sounds ominous for building a guild" Mark said.

"Well, it does sounds ominous but having this in the first continent gives us benefits" Chris said.

"Wait, it wont appear in the second continent?" Mark asked.

"Yes, according to the beta testers, this was very close to impossible to craft this item in the first continent since the items are all very hard to find, but I'm sure we will be able to find it, I believe in you" Chris said with an enchanting smile.

"Heh, if that's what you think then leave it to me, it didn't said it was impossible after all" Mark said with a smile.

He checked the materials needed to craft the Oath of Death and Oh my, it was really close to impossible he needed to collect 5 different monsters heads, a nether star, 8 ender eyes, and the dragon egg.

All of these items are the most rarest items in the First Continent, it was especially so for the dragon egg.

The dragon egg, the egg of the ender dragon which lives in a dimension called The End, it was the boss monster of the first continent, The Dragon Egg was the rarest among all items because there is only one of those in the whole Alter Online.

If Mark wanted to take it, then it was a race against the other players who were also have their eyes on the Ender Dragon.

It was not just Chris and Mark who wanted to craft this item, probably the others too, no, the others will surely do it.

After all, it was part of every beings nature, it doesn't matter if it was an elf, a dwarf, a demon, an angel. a god, every beings yearns.

It was to own something that the others will never have, an item that is only rightfully yours and no copies, no replica, just the only one in your hands.

And the price of this item will also become priceless as the times go on, don't forget that Alter Online was supported by the top 500 companies in the whole Arcadia universe.

This meant that these companies saw something in Alter Online that made them invest into it, there is no way for the top 500 companies to invest to something that there is no benefits to them.

This is something Mark found out from Chris, that guy has too much extensive knowledge when it comes to these things.

Anyway, other than the dragon egg, there is also the nether star, it could only be dropped by a monster called The Wither, there is no information about the monster but it was a semi-boss monster according to Alter Online.

Ender Eyes could be crafted by using Ender Pearl and Blaze powder, to acquire these things Mark had to hunt two different monsters which is a Ender Man and Blaze.

As for the 5 monster heads, they could be found on umm... those things needed certain conditions to drop from monsters, for example the the wither skeleton head, it has a 2.5% chance of dropping from killing a wither skeleton.

It could be said Mark had to kill many of these wither skeletons just to find these head, all in all, these were all difficult tasks, but most of it were about fighting monsters which is where was good at.

"It will take me about 3 months to get all of these items" Mark said.

"Only 3 months isn't that too fast?" Chris asked.

"Time is money, If I said 3 months then I could definitely do it" Mark said confidently.
