I want to say that I'm using this novel to test myself in terms of characters, world-building, plotline, etc. This is why you may find references to other novels or straight-up similarities. But don't worry! This doesn't mean it's not a serious story. I'm going to deliver my most quality writing to you, because if not the whole point of this is meaningless. You can expect intense fights and moments, emotional scenes, and a breath of fresh air in the fantasy genre. Hope you enjoy the story!

Bumping Up Numbers

Zenon left his legs dangling from the ship as he stared at the sunrise. The trees from the Hallowed Forest reflected a mesmerizing purple, blue and green light across Shipwreck.

After appreciating the scenery for a few seconds, Zenon looked down again.

Two thin purple veils were resting on his palms, almost making a knot. He took a deep breath and carefully grabbed them and began pulling and tightening the knot.

'Please, please, please…'

The void began tightening more and more, and Zenon could feel the pressure of the knot… before it broke. Sighing, Zenon threw the void into the air, letting it reconnect with his friends.

He stared at them for a few seconds.

'How easy it is for them.'

"You up already? Mr. Sleep through the entire day is up early?"

Zenon looked back, watching Aurea re-adjusting her tank top and sitting next to him. He vaguely waved at her, his eyes clearly tired.
