The three appear atop the walls of the keep. The path in front of them split into three directions.

"I'll take this way. Talon, don't leave Aqua." Skull starts running down the center path.

"Right path?" Talon looks to Aqua.

"Right path." She agrees with him.

"I take it you want to fight him alone?" A man speaks to a figure looking out a window as Skull crosses the wall to a tower.

"Hell yah!" The figure is of the woman that wears strange black and white leather armor and a mask with tusks, she has a wide smile as she turns around and waits for Skull to enter the tower.

As Skull breaks through the door of the tower, he scans the barren room. Quickly finding the exit door, he starts making his way for it, until dropping down with a loud crash someone lands in front of him. Skull draws his sword without hesitation.

"I've heard some promising things about you. I heard you're a powerful and skilled fighter, I would like to see that for myself." The woman stands and dusts off her hands.

The two lunge at each other. Skull lifts his sword to split her apart, but as she punches at it, it slips out of his hands and flies across the room. She then prepares to follow up with a punch against the stunned Skull. He quickly crashes his own fist into her face at the exact time she hits him. Each of them slid back from the force of the collision.

"Fine, I'll show you my strength." Skull takes off his helmet and sets it down next to his sword.

"That's a little disappointing, I was hoping you didn't actually die from Leon's attacks." She looks almost uninterested in the fight now.

Skull stiffens and his face darkens. "That name … I remember it." A black inky liquid drips out of Skull's left eye.

"Alright, I still want to fight you, after all you used to be Julius. Show me your pow-" before she could finish speaking, Skull punches her in the gut with both fists.

She crashes into a wall. "God damn that hurt." She stands, holding onto the point of impact. "Alright breaks over. Now my blood is pumping." She takes off her mask, her blond hair flows like a powerful mane.

She bolts towards Skull, the face of a boar flashes behind her. Skull jumps, dodging her attack. The wall behind him shatters.

"Get back here!" She swipes down and an unseen force hits Skull from above. He crashes into the ground.

Skull looks greatly annoyed, lightning begins to surge around him.

A young girl with wild blonde hair fights a training dummy in a courtyard. She hits it hard and it nearly falls over. As it stands back up she looks disheartened.

"You almost had it, Beu." Julius walks over to her, with platinum white hair and clad in armor, she now looks ashamed. "There's no need to worry, you'll get the hang of it soon." He gives her an encouraging smile. "You nearly punched a hole through it!" As he exaggerates, she can't help but give a big smile.

He kneels down to her level. "I do have one concern though. This is no good, if your hands are all messed up." Her smile fades as he examines her small bloodied and bruised hands.

The young Beu now sits on a bed, bandages covering her arms.

"You're unlikely to stop training, even if I tell you, huh?" Julius walks into the room and sits on the bed next to her.

She nods shyly.

"Well then, I've got something special for you." Her face lights up with surprise as he takes out a box. When she opens the box, she finds a pair of combat gloves. "These will help you not get hurt. Do you like them?" He waits for her reaction.

"Yah!" She looks up at him with admiration and a big smile.

"Alright. Now get some rest, Lance will be training you tomorrow." He rubs her head making her already messy hair even messier.

The young Beu watches as the group of magic knights she works with return from a trip. She was sick so she couldn't go with, but now she's better and ready to train again. She was excited to work with Julius in particular. When she noticed Julius wasn't anywhere to be found, she decided to ask Chase.

Chase was now in his sleepwear and had finished washing his face when Beu approached. "What happened to Julius? Where is he?" She was pushing Chase hard for answers, he flinched when she mentioned Julius, his eyes were glued to the sink, his eyes quivered as he bit his lip.

The pair were on the verge of tears when Lance entered the room. "Come now Beu, Chase has been through a lot recently." He sets a hand on their shoulders. "Chase, you should go to bed now. I'll explain everything." Chase solemnly stairs at the floor as he leaves.

"What happened?" Beu's tears start flowing as she looks at Lance with fear.

"There's no easy way to explain. Julius has died, and Leon will be our new leader." Lance remains stoic as the child falls onto his chest in sorrow.

"No way Julius just died! I don't want Leon, I want Julius!" She eventually cries herself to sleep.

Skull rises up and with a gut wrenching roar, the dragon appears fully behind him.

"Yes! This is what I've been waiting for!" Her eyes light up with anticipation.

"This is enough, she's crazy if she wants to fight that thing on her own." A man steps to a ledge in the tower, watching the battle from above.
