14 Wakanda

"Woah hold on Shuri i get its important but why are you rushing so much?" Im looking here at Shuri as she's packing up all her things in a rush. Apparently Klaue finally stole all that Vibranium from Wakanda and they wanted to call Shuri back to keep her safe. I may sound a bit arrogant but really where's safer than next to me?

She had the same thoughts which is why I've gotten a free trip to Wakanda. They already know i have my own source of Vibranium and by that i mean i had Shuri keep them updated that i went into space and brought back my own meteor filled with Vibranium.

I decided to trust Wakanda when Shuri showed me a picture of her and her brother and i saw the late Chadwick. Well i guess he's alive? This universe is weird and im not making it simpler since i have Viltrumite technology sitting in StarLabs and an underground WatchTower down in the same city as Stark Industries. Oh well.

"I told you Damien, i need to get back fast before they send someone to retrieve me. If any of the Dora Milaje show up they could get into a confrontation with any of the team. Especially how hot tempered Scott is."

I only sigh and watch as she stores her things in our new StarLabs Capsules. I may or may not have taken a Viltrumite storage pod and relabeled it as DragonBall tech. I plan on releasing it to the public in 10 years or so. Since the last thing i want is Scott picking a fight i decide to fly Shuri myself.

"Where's your pick up ship?" She types in a few commands on her beads and within a minute a location pinged on her phone. Taking a look at the location i pick her up and use our warp pad to get to the edge of the city. From there i take off across the skies.

Shuri has taken a liking to flying for a while now. Honestly im trying to figure out a way to give her super powers. She's been a great help and i cant help but think of her as my niece who's also the princess of the most advanced country on the planet.

We take off across the skies as she takes a few selfies for her Instagram. I dont mind since im in costume and its great publicity for me not that i need it. It takes about 2 minutes of flying when Shuri yells stop. I put on the breaks slowly to not give her whiplash but apparently i was too close and smacked head first into the cloaked ship.

It was a bit awkward because i left a dent the size of my head in the side. Shuri is dying of laughter and after a few seconds the ship uncloaked revealing a sleek black airship that's only 5 points below mine. Since mine can go into deep space.

A side hatch opens and i take it as my entrance into the ship. I levitate over to it allowing Shuri to jump in first and she takes off immediately looking for her brother. I land in next to two rows of armed bald women with sharp spears. Even though im a Viltrumite im still young. Over time my body will become unbreakable but for now Vibranium and Adamantium not to mention Uru still will hurt like a bitch.

I walk inside cautiously followed by the bald badasses to find Shuri embraced in the hug of a younger Chadwick pre-beard. He turns to me and offers his hand.

"You must be the Invincible, Shuri tells me so much about. Thank you for giving her the chance to learn new things. She was always bored at any school or classes we could find." I can tell he genuinely cares for his sister and ive decided to give him my trust.

Taking off my mask much to Shuri's surprise, based on how much i value my identity to those not in OverWatch, i grab his hand with a firm shake and meet the Prince halfway "Damien, Damien Nyxxus and its a pleasure to finally meet you as well T'Challa. Shuri goes on and on about trying to recruit you for OverWatch."

"Oh? The same OverWatch who goes around the globe from doing anything like stopping robbers to calming volcanoes. I believe im a bit lacking for such an endeavor at the moment." Hes still a warrior but he has yet to take the herb giving him his full abilities. He has some in his blood but at best he'd be at half of Natalia's strength.

The two of us hit it off much to Shuri's delight. He asks me some questions about how do i operate on a global scale without worrying about my tech being in the wrong hands and i ask him about how they managed to make Vibranium fine enough to sew into his clothes.

The two of becomes fast friends as we descend into the hidden city below. He tells me to brace myself and wow was he not wrong. This city is magnificent im half tempted to offer them land on Mars once its cultivated. Maybe i should rename it Viltrum? Food for thought.

"Welcome to my home Damien" Shuri excitedly grabs my hand and runs up to the doors as the open. She drags me out with an extra bounce in her step and drags me right in front of her waiting parents. T'Chaka and Romanda are people with a regal aura. One look at them and i can tell all the love they have for their home.

"Greetings King and Queen of Wakanda my name is Damien or some people calls me-"

"Invincible, I've heard about it almost every time Shuri calls home. You truly are a man of many mysteries. Some of the things Shuri showed up that you created that even our scientists are having problems recreating. Thank you for looking after my child" T'Chaka reaches forward and i shake his hand with a smile on my face.

"I have heard you can breathe in space? Is it true?" Romanda asks. I cant blame her for being curious.

"No i cannot breathe in space" I see the disappointment appear on her face and Shuri was about to clarify when i continue "I just hold my breath. My current limit is 14 days without breathing."

I love watching everyone's jaw drop and Shuri puffing out her non existent chest like its her achievement. They parade me back to the city and into the castle where all the clan heads are awaiting.

"We would like to welcome you under better circumstances but as you can tell this is important. Ulysses Klaue has managed to not only Infiltrate our Nation but he also managed to grab nearly 10 Tons of Vibranium with him. We're currently checking every satellite feed, every web post, every known location he likes to hang out but its all for naught. Shuri said OverWatch facilities are more advanced than our labs and you may be able to help us. Anything you can do would be greatly appreciated." Seeing T'Chaka speak so humbly and all the counsel listening to me i start wracking my brain. In the movies they took years to find him. Even if i knew where he's gonna be that doesnt mean i know where he is now. I can try to track him but that crafty bastard will have gone dark by now. What to do?

I begin contemplating my options while everyone looks at me in silence and anticipation, Shuri looks extremely confident in me. Oh lord does she worship me? Not that i mind. After 2 minutes of thinking i finally have a feasible idea.

"I don't think i can find him easily. Hes a crafty son of a bitxh after all" they show their disappointment on their faces, just for once i wish people would wait for me to finish first then get emotional "However i think i know of someone who can find him."

They all brighten up and T'challa is the one to speak up and ask me who. "The only person i know of who can find Klaue easily is Eric Stevens. The lost prince of Wakanda."
