Change of plans

"Honey how was school today, how was your first day" My mum said excitedly

I walked into the kitchen and sat beside her .

"It was okay, boring buh well . . ." I said with a poker face

"Hope you didn't get into trouble " My mum asked suspiciously

"Oh my God mum, I'm heartbroken is that what you think of me, I Aurora Winters a troublemaker am disappointed " I said dramatically

My mum just rolled her eyes and said

"Thank Goodness, you didn't get into trouble "

"Oh I did,you trust me to throw venom on those who step on my lane" I said with a proud smile.

"What did you do this time? "

"Let's just say I met Sean Adams he rammed into me and didn't apologize, long story short I hissed and walked out of him"

" You rammed into who?"

"Sean Fucking Adams mum"

"Language"she said giving me that stern look, she continued "Wow, what a small world "

I grabbed an apple and backed my bag leaving the kitchen.

"Get ready at 6"

"What"

"Our neighbours invited us for dinner at their place"She said

"Oh no meeting new people already, you just have to be kidding me" I said with a frown .

I walked out of the kitchen annoyed grabbing my bag from the couch and headed to my room.

"Aurora! "My mum shouted from downstairs

"I'm coming" I said I grabbed my black jacket, phone and ear pod( just in case the dinner ended up boring)

I was dressed in a cute black top, a black pants and a leather jacket

Yep that's my fashion style Black-ish

"Let's go" my mum said

The door bell rang

An average looking lady opened the door

Note: a lady not a woman

She was quite young

"Aimee, you came thanks for honoring our invite, Welcome to the neighborhood "She said smiling

"Thank you for inviting us" my mum said handing her the apple tart she made

Imagine! Me about to share food with some strangers

She ushered us into the living room

"Have your seat, while I set up the dining "

She moved to the staircase and shouted

"Chase! "

I wonder who that is

"Yes mum "a masculine voice replied

"Come downstairs "She said 

I heard some grumbling and murmuring as a figure stepped out.

Well built body, smooth toned skin, abs, black silk hair, boyish but matured look I can go on  .  .  .

He gave me a once over, looked at his mum, then looked back at me
