I have already killed 3 and injured 6 of them badly, yet the man who had started the fight was not relenting. 

"Look around, you are losing the battle. And my comrades will be here soon. It would be better that you accept defeat.`` I told the stubborn man again.

But he just increased the pace of his attacks and I sighed. I didn't want to kill, but I had to. People think knights love blood, they enjoy the sense of killing but it was far from the truth.

I always wished to get things done with some injury or better without battle. But these stubborn people did not listen.

I took my last dagger out and hit the man who was jumping the wall, to join the fight. I aimed for the hand this time to avoid further killing.
