NGL

After shaking my head a bit I looked around the area, "Hmmmm, seems like we are within the NGL area of this world." I said as I looked over at Ainz who had appeared alongside me.

The biggest give away about the NGL is that they are a country that basically refuses any and all modern technology whatsoever as for several kilometers in all directions I didn't sense any modern city's but multiple villages scattered around all made from Mud, Thatch and Wood structures from what my extremely heightened senses were telling me.

"Indeed, it's really stupid that these people follow these beliefs like sheep following their Shepard not knowing that it's all just a cover."

Ainz says as he looks at the land around us with his red flame like eyes.

In truth the NGL is used as a cover for an underground crime syndicate to secretly develop narcotics and illegal weapons of mass destruction, like The Poor Man's Rose which is illegal to recreate world wide but country's that have it didn't dispose of them as they were deterrents in their own right.

After all The Poor Man's Rose is this worlds Atomic Bomb but instead of radiation it unleashes a lethal and contagious poison that spreads and 100% of the time kills those who come in contact with it.

But both me and Ainz are immune to that so it's no real big deal and my blood from what I found out is now a antidote to all kinds of poisons and also unless I will it my blood won't turn one into a zombie or a vampire and just acts like normal blood, but this was only true after achieving the state of the Ultimate Lifeform as I now stand at the pinnacle above all humanoid races.

"Let's head closer towards to the coast as the Queen should have formed her nest nearby to there." I point out as I look in the direction of the ocean as my enhanced hearing pointed to the west of where we currently were.

Unfortunately I'll need to be closer to the nest to point out where they are as unfortunately my enhanced hearing doesn't penetrate the ground that well unless I'm standing above a cave system making it possible for me to hear and sense the cave system out.

"How far?"

"Roughly 72 kilometers westward"

"Alright let's just make this fast." As Ainz decides to rapid cast a teleportation spell and quickly sending us that distance in an instant.

In the blink of an eye we were standing on the shore of NGL before I focused on all of my senses to feel my surroundings before opening my eyes and looking south eastward.

"There, that rock formation, that's where their nest is located, let's go give these ants a proper welcome." I say with a smirk as I began to casually walk towards the nest with Ainz not far behind.

Meanwhile in the Chimera Ants Nest.

The Queen was currently gorging herself on several medicine ball sized meat balls, Human and animal meat balls to be exact but leaning more in the human side rather than the animal side.

The unique way the Queen produces her offspring is through a process of phagogenesis, meaning what she consumes provides her nourishment and energy with enough of such things to give birth to more of her kind.

In return her children take on the appearance of the food she has consumed as such they gain only the positives of their predecessors, and the consumption of humans have significantly boosted the intelligence of her offspring as a result.

Though prior to both Dio and Ainz's arrival in this world her children had just dealt with a group of Hunters killing 3 and capturing 1 before bringing there bodies back to the nest.

"What should we do with this one Boss lady?" Said the strange four armed looking gorilla who was dragging the three dead bodies with him while the forth was carried over his shoulder as he looked towards his squad leader who was a beautiful looking woman with a scorpions tail coming out from the end of her tail bone.

"Hmmm they had these strange and strong abilities, I don't care for the other three as they will just be fed to the queen soon enough but we should probably learn all we can from this one, if we can learn those abilities we will get stronger as a result." She said as she looked at her remaining squad as a few had lost an arm or two from the fight which surprised her as far as she had seen is most humans are weak and easy prey but these four changed her view a bit so she was hoping the info they could get will make her, her men and the rest of the nest stronger as a result.

"Send the bodies to the butchery, as for him, leave him near the bone pit, not like he can get away if he could." She said as his legs were clearly mangled as he laid over the gorilla chimera ants shoulder.

"Yes boss!" They said as they began to just do that, but-

*SCCCCCCRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!*

In all of the ants minds they could hear a telepathic scream, a scream of absolute terror and desperation that came from none other than the queen herself.

!!?!?! "Go! Get it done and then head for the queens chambers and meet me their!" She says to her subordinates as she rushes off in a completely different direction of the tunnels of the chimera ants nest that leads right to the queens chambers, so long as you knew the right path.

"Hooo? Just by getting to the entrance the queen has called back all of her guards and soldiers to her." I say as I inhale through my nose and grinned before looking back at Ainz.

"Ainz, we're you human at one point in your long life?" I ask as after all he does have human bones so I assume he once was before becoming undead.

"…. Yes, a very long time ago I was…. Why do you ask?" He says as he turns his head and looks off into the distance to think about something before turning back to look at me with a questioning look.

"Well in your current state I doubt you can smell like you used to be able to, because I can smell it, dirt, blood, rot all coming out of this place, but one scent is the most overpowering of all, do you know what it is?" I say with a smirk as I look into the darkness of the cave.

"…. Of course I know, it's that isn't it?" Ainz says giving his response, 'What the hell is he even talking about, all I hope is that I can play along as best as I can.'

"I see that you understand, even if it's been years you must still remember the smell of fear, and I must say it's absolutely palpable even from here, their queen is terrified of us, so let's go introduce ourselves." I say before taking the lead with Ainz not that far behind.

'…. Then doesn't that just smell like someone whose been sweating nonstop from running for their life? I've seen fear in peoples bodies and the looks on their faces but never had the 'luxury' of actually smelling it as well….' Ainz thinks to himself from his experience in his human life and his current life in the New World.

But while he was in his own thoughts, him and Dio made their way through the nest with Dio taking the lead as they followed the path straight to the Queens Chambers, all the while they met no resistance whatsoever.

"Hohoo? Looks like the Queen really wants to give us a proper welcoming party if she brought all of her children to protect her, now it would be rude to keep her waiting." I say as we come before a large boulder like door.

Grinning I lift up my leg, and without reinforcing it with Haki, in one single kick destroying the door before walking in and seeing the veritable army of Chimera Ants that stood before us before looking up on a tall pile of rocks to see the queen standing their with three rather large eggs attached to the ceiling above her.

All of them prepare to fight but-

*crackle crackle*

Suddenly every single one of the Chimera ants, including the queen, fell to their knees, the weakest ones outright lost consciousness as they felt an overwhelming and terrible pressure emanating from the man before them.

And the three eggs above shook but didn't move more than that but clearly my presence disturbed them but they didn't leave their eggs to prematurely hatch.

"Chimera Ants, I've come to make a deal."
