Levy crouched down and tried to see, but it was completely dark. Levy asked, while glancing at the hole, "Prince, what should we do now?"
As he kept gazing into the hole with strained eyes, Richard abruptly requested a torch. He threw the torch into the pit to measure its depth. After some time, they heard a thud, and Levy saw the flame drop and eventually extinguish.
"Levy, we can move there."
Levy gave a little head motion as soon as he heard Richard. "Mages and knights, we have to move down," he said as he turned back to face the soldiers.
"My prince, I am going first," said Aaron as he approached in front of them, holding the torch in his hand.
Richard nodded, and then he took second place; it seemed he was going down after Aaron. Aaron jumped inside the hole and, after a while, yelled, "Everyone, come inside!"
