Xiu Ying's eyes locked on a middle-aged man garbed in black robes. He stood beside two girls, Ming Yue and Qi Xuanyue.

"The Underworld Queen!" Ming Yue's eyes widened.

Metallic talons materialized over Qi Xuanyue's ten fingers and she took two steps forward.

"What do you want?" 

Xiu Ying, known as the Underworld Queen in Windflower City, was infamously cruel but no one had seen her do the deed in person. Many said she forgot what human lives meant, nor did she look at the condition of those she took illegal taxes from.

However, her cult was known to have been slaughtered by a mysterious individual and people were glad.

Interestingly enough, Xiu Ying used her true form, garbed in red robes, as the iconic leader of her cult, while no one knew she was also the same hailed prodigy who won against Bai Fenxi and lost to Feng Lanxi.

This was the reason she could walk on the streets with her false looks.
