Chapter 43 - Dare
It was night time and everyone had gathered to play the Dare game. Haruto wondered what would be the pairing, remembering from the other memory that his little brother would be paired with Lala and Haruna to another classmate of theirs that Kenichi Shirahama took his place in the roaster. To his surprise, Haruto was paired up with Risa to all people.
She is one of his close friends but doesn't like how perverted she acts at times. Haruto might be playful but never touchy unlike her. Still the two have a great relationship and turn his attention to Lala who pairs up with Rito and Miu with Kenichi. Haruto felt kind of annoyed seeing them with another guy while relieved that Kenichi has Izumi who often is with him as they were in the same club.
'....I really don't know why I'm like this.' Haruto likes Lala but at the same time likes Miu after remembering their past. Honoka and Ghislaine are a bit complicated but intended to respond to their feelings when the time comes.
"Jealousy much?" He heard a voice turn to his side and saw Risa who was smirking seeing him staring at Lala and Miu joined paired with another man.
"Am I too obvious?" Haruto said not to hide this jealousy since he doesn't usually hide things.
"Yeah, if looks can kill the two already dead." Risa teased him a bit and Haruto shook his head.
"That aside, should we get going?" Haruto said while the carefree girl wrapped her arms around him pressing her breast against his thick arms.
"Sure thing, Darling~" Risa teased him and he simply ignored her and headed inside the path where the others were going. Haruto doesn't really have any sense of fear any more having slowly mastered his mind using [ Tranquil State ]. Walking through the forest with a blindfold helps him detect people's Ki or their life force.
Haruto noticed that Risa was oddly quiet and frankly scared, holding fighting in his arms but pretended not to be. He finds it rather cute and sees that despite her indecent personality can be shy.
"Can I ask you something?' She finally decided to ask him and distract herself from all the screaming and sound happening.
"You already did." Haruto jokingly said lightening up the tense mood making Risa smack him lightly.
"Not that idiot, I want to know how far you've gone with Lala!" Risa said it and Haruto found the perfect opportunity to tease him, growing a smirk.
"What do you mean exactly?" Haruto asked and can feel her heart rate rising, showing signs of blushing.
"You know what I mean!" Risa said and Haruto tilted his head.
"I don't know what you mean? Come on, Risa-chan, tell your darling about it." She obviously blush always loses against him when teasing each other.
"Screw it! Did you two have sex with Lala!?" Risa said and Haruto chuckled hearing her tone.
"Hahahaha sorry I can't help myself. But as for your question, No, we haven't but I plan to." Haruto gave his honest answer and Risa annoyed at him but shifted her mood pondering about it.
"Right, Lala told us that she doesn't mind if we join your Harem." Risa said and he was surprised but calmed himself down, having better control over his thoughts than before. He was still a bit flustered but didn't show it in his face.
"Yeah, it started with Honoka-chan since I thought she was joking about being my bride but I can't reject her when she puts effort in doing her best both in study and as someone to be with me." Haruto was unsure how to feel since Honoka was like a little sister and a more childish Mikan. Though, the age gap between them isn't far when he's 15 and she's 13.
"Oh, do you know anyone else that might like you?" Risa hoped he wasn't that dense like most harem stories that she read.
"Uhmm…I guess you?" Haruto said and Risa became happy, hugging even tighter.
"Hehehe, good you know. Lala told us it's fine if you also like us. Sooo what do you think of me?" Risa said looking at him rather cutely trying to seduce and tease him but it was obvious that she was serious about it.
"Do you want my honest opinion or should I hold back?" Haruto asked and Risa was reluctant to know what he thought of her. Sure she likes to joke around and act indecent but it was just a way for her to have fun and wasn't serious. Still she's kinda nervous to know what he thinks of her.
"Give me an honest opinion." Risa said and Haruto immediately gave his honest answer.
"You're a bit too indecent and perverted that it's kind of a harassment." Haruto bluntly said and Risa felt a bit embarrassed about it, even a bit sad but it was the truth.
"But you're also a lot of fun being around and easy to get along with. Honestly, I do find you more attractive when you are a bit more honest since I feel you are doing this to make yourself not feel lonely." Risa never knew how well he knew about her and the truth of what she truly feels and to be honest Haruto filled the void in her heart that didn't make her feel lonely.
"Then you're saying I can join you're Harem?" She asked, seeing the golden opportunity to get to know more and be with him. Not to mention, she won't be alone when he's surrounded by her friends.
"Uhmm…I don't really know since I'm not sure if I could make all of you happy and not be unfair to one after the other." Haruto doesn't mind the Harem since he does like Miu and Lala hoping to have them by his forever but knew he could fall short in giving them the Love they deserve.
Risa saw that he was thinking about how they felt and showed that they mattered to him. Most boys wouldn't hesitate to have a harem to fuel their lust and desire but Haruto doesn't show the same thing and truly considers their feelings first.
"Fufufu Darling~ you don't have to worry about that. I'll help organize everything! I know you'll do a great job giving us what we need and we will do the same for you!" Risa said being nonchalant about thinking about the possibility of Haruto being a ruler surrounded by his woman.
"If you say so…wait, are you serious about joining?" Haruto asked not minding if she did but felt troubled about his relationship with everyone.
"Of course I am, unless you don't want me but I know you can't resist this." Risa moved her Yukita a bit showing her chest while Haruto blankly looked at her.
"You do know I can't really see right? I can sense and picture it but not see." Haruto said and she giggled a bit.
"I know but want to tease you a bit. Too bad you don't blush as often as before. Is this because you've been doing Martial arts?" Risa asked.
"Yeah…kind of, what I'm learning is traditional martial arts and not sports. It would be dangerous if I can't control my emotions." Haruto knew people mistake martial arts to be fake because they only see sports styles but traditional ones like Kyoukoshin. People could get seriously injured from it.
"Right, can you remove your blindfolds? I want to see what you're hiding." Haruto nodded untying his blindfold as Risa watched and saw….Another blindfold.
"What!?" Risa was surprised by this and Haruto couldn't help but howl in laughter.
"Ahahaha sorry sorry, I thought it would be funny. Anyway, here I'll show you but it might scare you a bit." Haruto removed his blindfold for real this time and slowly revealed his eyes that surprised Risa.
"Woah, is that real or just contact?" Risa touches his face, getting a closer look.
"I would rather train like hell before putting something in my eye." Haruto said disliking the thought of having contact lens.
"It looks good on you though." Risa commented as Haruto began to put back the Blindfolds and continued walking.
"Anyway, let's back on topic. I'm serious about you and joining." Risa said and Haruto sigh a bit somewhat felt relieve and happy but anxious about their relationship.
"Can't really reject you but I hope you won't regret it." Haruto said deciding to give up and just accept since his still a boy and such opportunity won't come again. He was unaware of his irresistible pheromones produced by the [ Hercules Methods ].
"Hehehe you don't know how happy that's make me feel, Darling~" Risa was really happy and didn't expect it to be in Dare to happened but this is the perfect chance to be in. Haruto hoped that everything would end alright and as they were walking heard someone scream.
"Let's go check it out." Haruto and Risa was a bit scared pulling his shirt.
"I-I think it would be better if finish this first." She was scared a bit and Haruto chuckled patting her head.
"Relax, you have nothing fear when I'm here." Haruto declared showing a comforting smile as Risa blush as they went to checked on it to find few people in costume. It was realistic and scary if Haruto doesn't have some mastery over his emotion and Risa gain some courage still quivering seeing the ghost. Eventually, they found someone and to be expected it was Haruna.
"Haruna-chan, are you alright?" As soon as he finished his sentence, Haruna grabbed him by the kimono he was currently wearing.
"I'm scared... I'm really bad at dealing with all those... ghosts and stuff...!!" Haruna was even more frightened than Risa.
"Hoo boy, it looks like someone is very popular over here~" Risa, even in moments like this, tried to tease him and he shook his head patting Haruna-chan.
"We're here for you, Haruna-chan." Haruto calmed her down and once she gained some courage continued to move where Risa teased the two and Haruna was once tried to use him as human shield when they encountered some of the people in costume but Haruto was stronger and decided to just carry her in a piggyback.
He told Haruna to have her face buried in his back, don't look at anything, and ignore every sound. It worked as she didn't freak out after that. She trembled a little every time he stepped on the dry sticks, but she listened to him and ignored. They met up with another person or rather two people which were Lala and Miu.
"Oh, Haruto! Risa! And Haruna too!" Lala walked over to them wearing a costume.
"What happened to your pair?" Haruto asked if Rito was nowhere to be seen and Kenichi as well.
"I didn't know Kenichi ran when he saw the ghost." Miu said while Haruto wanted to facepalm hearing about Kenichi.
"Well, let's go together and hopefully find them along the way." Haruto suggested and they nodded as the group pressed forward with Lala turning off her device and changing back to her Yukata. Lala saw Haruna and the girls around Haruto noting that they have feelings for Haruto with Miu being one who has mutual interest in Haruto.
She didn't think too much of it and was more than happy to have them. The group then heard someone scream for help and Haruto who felt something was wrong immediately went to check it out.
"Someone in trouble, for real this time. Everyone let's go!" Haruto said and everyone followed, still holding Haruna where they stumbled upon Mio on the ground with a bear towering over her. She was just having fun when they thought it was someone wearing a bear costume only to be a real animal and her pair ran away leaving her there. She was really scared thinking that she might get hurt only for someone to scream getting the bear's attention.
"Gaaaah!! Someone!! Help!!!" Mio screamed, having her life seem to flash before her eyes looking at the fear in fear hoping someone will save her. Fortunately, her wish came through and something powerful was heard.

Haruto takes deep breaths and uses it to perform a powerful kick that can penetrate a person's durability and vibrate, hitting his opponents heart and instantly knocking the bear out.
"Are you okay, Mio-chan?" Haruto was relieved to see Mio was fine and she was still a bit shaken with Risa and the others quickly comforted her. After some time, Mio thanked Haruto for saving her and left as the bear was about to wake up the next day. The group soon moved at the top where the principal who wasn't the perverted guy in the to love ru series and landlady waited for them.
"Congratulations!! You're the only group that got through the entire dare this year!!!" The girls were all surpised looking at each and to Haruto then blush realizing what had just happened.
