"What's going on here?"

Now, this was the voice Yu Yingyi immediately recognized and wanted to hear. She turned towards the direction of the voice and saw Song Liya looking at them with visible confusion on her face.

That was when she realized how abnormal the situation looked, it was like they both teamed up on the maid and were planning to do something to her, which they weren't.

"Liya, we're just taking care of the maid, she passed out on the floor, you know?" Yu Yingyi tried to sound as convincing as possible, but it would never work on Song Liya.

"Just explain to me the situation, it's probably important since my sister is here as well," said Song Liya.

"Fine," said Yu Yingyi turning over to Song Feng Mian. "Should I explain what happened or should you?"

"I think you should since you're the one who experienced it, plus, I'm not sure if my sister would like to hear it coming out of me."

"Fine, I'll keep it short. So basically, the maid Jia Yi is a pervert just like you, but she's a masochist and she was obsessed with me which made her try to get into my pants. Her love for me was just her desires disillusioning her. In the end, we were able to knock her out as I apprehended her."

As Yu Yingyi was explaining, Song Liya's face grew more and more confused. Did Yingyi just compare her to a mere maid?

"Is that what you're focused on right now?!" Yu Yingyi exclaimed.

'Shut up! Moreover," Song Liya paused and turned over to Song Feng Mian. "Why're you here sister?

"I was about to go back to my room when I came across Yu Yingyi and decided to help her out. Your prince seemed like she needed a bit of help handling the situation." Song Feng Mian replied.

"I see, thank you for the help," said Song Liya.

Yu Yingyi was glad to see the sibling-like atmosphere and interaction between the two. Although they were never on bad terms, they never spoke to each other at all."

"Now then, what do we do with Jia YI?" Yu Yingyiasked pointing to the body sprawled on the floor.

"Put her in a jail cell."

"Tie her up."

Yu Yingyi wasn't surprised to see the two sisters thinking similar things, they were twin sisters after all.

"There's no way I could do any of those. Perhaps we should put her in our room? That way we can question her about anything we want to know without worrying about getting our privacy invaded." said Yu Yingyi.

"That's a good idea, plus, didn't she say she was hired personally by our mother? If she's placed anywhere else, we're bound to get discovered. There's no way she can stay with me since maids check up on me often." said Song Feng Mian.

"I guess there's no other choice than to bring her into our room, just know that this is a one-time thing," said Song Liya. "Also, could you bring Jia Yi to our room? I have to speak with my sister for a moment."

Yu Yingyi said yes without hesitation, she wanted the two sisters to interact with each other.

Right when Yu Yingyi was outside of their vision, Song Liya walked over to Song Feng Mian and asked her a question.

"Feng Mian, answer this truthfully."

"What is the question?"

"Did my mother say anything important to you that's related to me?"

Song Feng Mian's mind recalled the events that happened at the banquet, there wasn't anything alarming that caught her attention, but there was something though.

"There was something actually, there was a group of princes from other royal families that I didn't recognize. I also recall mother saying you should get a new consort," said Song Feng Mian.

"Tsk, I'm not surprised. But considering how our mother is, the main target isn't me. It's Yu Yingyi." said Song Liya.

"I'm not surprised you figured that out, moreover, I think you should be cautious of the princes. They seem different from the ones I've met before, their atmosphere is different too." Song Feng Mian warned.

'Tsk, as if I'm worried about the princes, my main focus is on Yingyi."

"I thought you'd say that."

"I have another question for you sister."

"Do you know the real identity of my prince?"

Song Feng Mian was surprised by the question, though she expected her sister to ask this sooner or later.

"Yes, I do, it didn't take long for me to figure it out." Song Feng Mian answered.

There was no way she could tell Song Liya that they met in the past already, her sister would kill her.

"As expected of my sister, I'm not surprised you were able to figure it out. Anyone with the caliber of your abilities would figure it out, except you're the only one with the ability."

Suddenly, Song Feng Mian felt a bit suspicious about this conversation. Her sister who barely spoke to her suddenly started complimenting her, there had to be something she needed.

"Sister, you're being awfully nice. Is there something you need?"

"Yes I do and you're the only one who can help me with this," said Song Liya.

The answer Song Feng Mian heard made her widen her eyes in surprise.
