Chapter 77: The Unbelievable Sisters

After drinking Mo Fan's blood, the two sisters, Liu Xian and Liu Ru, wanted to pull away from his embrace. But Mo Fan reassured them, "Don't be afraid, this is your natural reaction. Also, my blood is special, so you don't have to worry about turning into vampires."

Hearing his words, the sisters suddenly felt relaxed, as if Mo Fan's reassurance erased all their concerns. They simply listened to him obediently.

"For now, focus on making some blood-replenishing food for me. And if any other vampires come after you, don't hesitate to fight back. Trust your strength, and if anything happens, come to me immediately." Mo Fan instructed.

The sisters nodded obediently. To them, Mo Fan's words were like commands from a superior, and they followed without question. They couldn't quite understand why they were so compelled to obey him, but deep inside, they felt a strong sense of respect and loyalty towards him, as if he were their elder.

Mo Fan hadn't taken advantage of them, nor was he in any rush. From this moment on, the two sisters were completely his, almost as loyal as contracted beasts. Since they were bound to him for life, there was no need to rush things. Besides, he had plans for Liu Xian and Liu Ru to take charge of the underground world in Magic city, helping him manage his affairs and even making money for him.

Mo Fan chuckled to himself, feeling as if he had outdone himself this time. The sisters hadn't drunk his blood in vain.

Liu Xian, the more thoughtful older sister, took excellent care of Mo Fan, while her more careless younger sister, Liu Ru, simply followed along. Mo Fan basked in the luxury of their care, feeling utterly spoiled.

A week later, one night, Mo Fan took the sisters to a remote area.

"Let's see how much your strength has improved over the past week." Mo Fan said, glancing at the sisters.

Over the last few days, the two had been sparring with each other regularly. As vampires, unless their fangs were broken or they suffered complete annihilation, they were essentially immortal. This allowed them to engage in constant combat without fear of death.

"Both of you, attack me together."

At his command, Liu Xian and Liu Ru moved gracefully, closing in on Mo Fan.

"Fiery Fist: Nine Palaces!"

As they charged toward him, Mo Fan quickly completed the star chart for his fire spell. Flames erupted into the sky, exploding violently. However, to Mo Fan's surprise, the sisters charged through the fire unharmed, seemingly unbothered by the pain.

"Whoosh!"

Liu Xian's slender arm shot forward with a sharp elbow strike.

"Bang!"

The blow sent Mo Fan flying backward, crashing into the ground with a heavy thud.

"Thud!"

Mo Fan lay sprawled on the ground, groaning in pain. That hit really hurt!

Damn, these sisters are brutal! They don't even try to avoid attacks!

If it weren't for his demon powers, that strike might've seriously injured him.

"Mo Fan, are you okay?" Liu Xian hurried to his side, helping him up.

"What kind of fight is that?! You two are way too aggressive!" Mo Fan grumbled.

"But didn't you say that as long as we're on the same level, we should just charge in and fight directly?" Liu Xian blinked at him innocently.

"Yeah, it did hurt a bit, but we recover quickly now." Liu Ru added.

"..."

Mo Fan was speechless.

Had he accidentally trained two vampire powerhouses?

In the original timeline, Liu Ru only occasionally fed on his blood, but now, with daily consumption and sparring, they had become incredibly powerful. They had even learned how to protect their vital points to ensure they wouldn't die easily.

If it came down to a life-or-death battle, Mo Fan was confident he could defeat them, but it would come at a high price.

"Alright, you can continue training on your own from now on. I'll be leaving Shanghai for a while." Mo Fan said.

The sisters were more than capable of defending themselves now. As for not having access to his blood while he was gone, that wouldn't be a problem either. They were already strong enough to fight creatures on par with generals, and their near-immortal nature meant Mo Fan had nothing to worry about.

However, when the sisters heard that Mo Fan was leaving, they seemed lost, as if they had suddenly lost their sense of direction. Over the past week, aside from feeding on his blood and taking care of him, they hadn't done much else. Their lives had become intertwined with his, leaving them feeling uncertain about what to do without him.

"Just live normally. If you run into any problems while I'm gone, go to Clear Sky Hunters Agency and find Old Man Bao. Tell him I sent you." Mo Fan reassured them.

"Alright."

Having given his instructions, Mo Fan returned to his apartment. There, he found Mu Nujiao meditating on the sofa, deep in her training.

Clearly, after entering the main campus, she had realized how far behind she was in terms of strength, especially with Mo Fan taking the top spot in the Fire Department. She was determined to improve.

Still, Mo Fan thought that training alone wasn't enough. Once he returned from dealing with the Winged Wolf King, he planned to take Mu Nujiao out for some real-world experience.

After all, there was something between them that was just waiting to be acknowledged. While Mu Nujiao hadn't openly admitted her feelings, the trip to the desolate city had made her affections clear.

In fact, Bai Tingting also held a deep affection for him, but she had gone to study at the Parthenon and wasn't currently in the country.

Otherwise, Mo Fan thought with a grin, he might already be surrounded by admirers.
