"Hm? What do you mean, child?" Griselda asked me as she is confused why I am looking for her.

"I've heard a lot about you... from aunt Rie." I said to Griselda who widened her eyes at the sudden revelation. She received a letter from Rie stating that 'her' son just visited them.

"A-are you... Are you really... her son?" she asked with a trembling voice.

"Yes." It was a simple reply.

"The reason I want to find you is to ask of my mother's whereabouts. It seems that aunt Rie doesn't have a clue on where she is." I continued with expectation in my eyes.

"I-I see. Unfortunately, I also don't know the whereabouts of your mother." She said with a downcast voice.

"Oh." was all I said in disappointment. I thought mother would at least leave a clue about her whereabouts to her trusted friends, turns out, even them had no idea.

"Then, I'll take my leave. My business here is done. See you if fate wills it, Aunt Griselda." I walked away from her and into the church's door.

"Wai-" Griselda was about to stop me but decided not to, seeing me walking away, she never thought that Eva would have a son. And seeing his posture and breathing, she knew that I'm not an ordinary person either.

After leaving the church, I then headed to the house 3 blocks away from the church, in there I saw a simple house. I also saw Touji training Irina in the yard, swinging the sword down. Touji looked in my direction because he sensed that someone is looking at them and was surprised to see the person who saved his friend in there. He was about to invite me when I shook my head signifying my rejection to his invitation.

Seeing that my job is complete I went to an alley to open a portal but 3 burly guys were trying to mug me. I quickly knocked them down with conqueror's haki. I then opened a portal back home and was about to walk in when danger bells were ringing, so I decided to step back and study what is wrong.

I noticed that something was interfering with the portal and I was curious to what kind of power could make my portal unstable. Curiosity got the better of me so I decided to walk in it.

meanwhile in a far away palace (3rd person pov)

"We would like to see your status and confirm that you are what the legend speaks off." A person with a crown said

They were about to be lead to the status reading room when a portal suddenly opened and a man appeared in the palace holding a katana in his hand.

"Eh? Where am I?" The man said, sensing the man could threaten him, the person with the crown called for the guards.

"Guards, apprehend this intruder! Heroes, please help us deal with this intruder. I don't know how you got here but appearing in the king's hall without permission is a serious offence." He said as they immediately pointed their weapons at the man.

Back to 1st person pov

When I arrived at the place, I was met with a bunch of people and a person sitting on a throne.

"Eh? Where am I?" I asked them but when I saw the four man in front of me, I already knew where I am. The four person in front of me consists of a man with a bow, a sword, a spear, and a shield. I sighed in my mind as I know that three of them were idiots and only one of them had a practical sense of mind.

"Guards, apprehend this intruder! Heroes, please help us deal with this intruder. I don't know how you got here but appearing in the king's hall without permission is a serious offence." The king said to me and only the three attackers raised their weapons to me, only the shield man didn't.

"Naofumi, why aren't you raising your weapon?" The man with the spear said.

"Weapon? I don't know what you're talking about. Does this look like a weapon to you?" he said as he showed the shield to the man with the spear.

"Then you should be at the front since you have a shield." The man with the bow said and Naofumi nodded and stood in front of me in a battle stance. The royal guards have also arrived

'Why are they acting like he's an enemy of the country? He's not doing anything yet, he didn't even pointed his sword at us, but he just kept on looking at us with amusement in his eyes.' Naofumi thought

The royal guards have surrounded me with the four man the closest to me.

"Speak! How did you get here!? The palace is protected by a seal against space magic. So how the hell did you get in here?!" The king shouted to me and I decided to reveal it to see their reactions.

"What do you mean space magic? I went here with the use of my sword." I then pointed the sword to him and the guards immediately came closer to me.

The king looked at the sharp sword with greed in his eyes.

'Well that was to be expected. This king is a trash.' I thought

"Apprehend the man and give me his sword!" He said. His main weapon, the staff cannot be summoned by him anymore. Meaning he is not worthy of it now and seeing the new weapon in front of him thought that he could use it as a new weapon as he thought that it was another vassal weapon.

"Heh~ so you want to steal my weapon huh?" I said making the man with the sword retort.

"You are an intruder and you should be grateful that a king wants your sword."

I then started to laugh like a madman when I heard his answer. (Alucard's laugh when major declared war)

I then put on a emotionless face and spoke with a cold voice.

"You don't want to do this, I'm telling you. I'm just here to investigate as to who or what interfered with my portal, but if you insist on following his orders... you should be prepared to lay your lives in this place." I said as cold shivers started running through their spines.

Well, I'll just be going at it with my own pace. I'm doing this for fun lol. I'll just surprise y'all I guess.
