PART 37

On the other side, Charlie and Harry was outside at the mall for some shopping. They were staying at Rossi mansion temporarily for Lucas. They were still concerned for the boy. All of them could feel Mr. Rossi was hiding something but they couldn't find out what it was.

They were getting out of the mall when both of them got a text at the same time. They thought maybe Leo or Lucas had sent something to their group chat. They looked through the phone only to get shocked.

" Who the fuck sent this?" Charlie said.

" It's a threat message. But who is threatening us?" Harry said furrowing his brows.

" Don't know bro. I have got this type one before too. Who the hell is heir? What group? What is this?" Charlie said being annoyed.

" Maybe someone was joking with us." Harry said.

Charlie was about to say something when both if them again got a text.

" Don't think we are just joking. We are surrounding both of you now. We can shoot you within few seconds. Wanna see if we are actual or not?"

Harry and Charlie were mortified. Charlie hold Harrys hand and they ran out of the mall. They got into the car and fastly drove off towards Rossi mansion.

" Harry call Leo. Tell him to stay with Lucas. I'm feeling something fishy about it. We four are the targets." Charlie said while driving.

Harry nodded and called Leo.

" What is taking you do long man?" Leo said receiving the call.

" Leo listen to me very carefully. Stay with Lucas. We are in danger."

" What? What happened? Are you guys okay?"

" Yeah. We are fine now. We are coming. Don't worry."

" Drive safely."

"Okay." Harry cut the call.

Soon they reached the Rossi mansion. Leo and Lucas were in the living room. Mrs. Rossi was there too. She became concerned seeing the boys so worn out.

" What happened? Why are you looking like this?" Lucas asked.

Charlie and Harry sat on the sofa.

" Someone is trying to kill all four of us." Charlie said.

Mrs. Rossi became shocked hearing that.

" What do you mean? Why will anyone want to kill us?" Leo asked being confused.

"That's what I'm thinking too." Harry said.

Charlie got out his phone and the messages to them.

" I have got one before too. This is the 2nd time I'm receiving it." Charlie said.

" I have received like this text one time. I thought it was a spam message." Leo said.

" What heir? We are just heir of our family business. That doesn't mean some rival will kill us and get that business. It will distribute equally among the shareholders. Then what heir they are talking about?" Lucas asked.

" That's the question here. I'm the heir of a mafia group. But that doesn't have anything to do with you guys. So why are they trying to attack all of us?" Harry said.

"Who will give us the answers now. I'm really being frustrated." Charlie said.

" I think your dad can give answers Harry." Mrs. Rossi said.

"Aunty do you know anything about it? Why are you suggesting dad all of a sudden?" Harry said.

" It's not my place to say dear. You should call him." Mrs. Rossi said.

Harry nodded and called his father.

"Yeah Harry. Talk fast. I have a meeting to attend."

" Dad someone has threatened us and tried to kill us."

" What? When?"

Harry told his dad everything even about the threat messages.

" Ron cancel all my meetings for today. I'm going out." Mr. Bruno said.

" Harry, I'm sending you a location. Go there with other boys. Don't forget to get out from the back door and make sure to bring some guards of Rossi mansion. Okay?"

" But why da.."

" Don't ask questions now Harry. Your lives are way more important right now. Come fast and safely."

" Okay dad." Harry cut the call.

" What did he say?" Leo asked.

" He has sent a location and told us to go there secretly from the back door."

" Let's go then." Charlie said. The four of them went outside and were about to get into the car. When they heard shooting sound.

" Fuck! they are shooting. What should we do?" Lucas asked.

" We have to get into one car. The guards will take another car. Let's go." Charlie said.

When they were going to open the car door a bullet passed Charlie and got into the car glass. The glass shattered into pieces and they were horrified at the scene. They hid behind another car.

" Mom is still inside. I can't go without her. I'm going to get her." Lucas said.

" You are still sick Lucas. You guys get into the car. I'll come with aunty." Charlie said.

" But It'll be too risky for you Charlie." Harry said.

" I don't care. If all of us stay here. It will be more risky. Go ahead and sent me the location. We'll be fine. I promise." Saying that Charlie again went inside the mansion. The other boys got into a car and head out towards the destination.

" Aunty, Let's go. We have to get out from here fast. It's not safe here. They can attack you too."

Saying that he took Mrs. Rossis hand and ran out fastly. They got out from the back side of the house where a guard was waiting for them with a car. They got into the car and drove off to the location Mr. Bruno sent.

All of them reached the location. They went inside together.

" What kind of place is it?" Charlie asked

" It's a base house I suppose." Harry replied.

" Is it your dads base house Harry?" Leo asked.

" I don't know. I'm not involved in this that much you know."

" Mom why are you so quiet?" Lucas asked his mother who seem to be oddly quite the whole time.

" You will get to know that soon honey." Mrs. Rossi replied. All of them furrowed their brows hearing that.

The guards let them in and took them to a meeting room. The boys saw that their mom, dad and another man and lady with them were sitting there with a concerning look.
