A Battle Between Brothers

Nicholas was quick to react, he knew that the moment his brother realized who he was, he needed to get rid of the minister to even out the odds.

Luckily for Nicholas, the minister kept his hand on him.

He quickly reached out, and as if as second nature, he drew the man's mana to himself.

At first the minister had not noticed anything, but he slowly felt weak and stared at Nicholas in shock.

"Let go of me!" The minister shouted as he struggled against Nicholas.

"What are you talking about? It's just Nicholas?" Marcus asked as he walked over to see what was wrong.

Before he could approach however, Nicholas sent a wave of pure Cruor energy magic, sending Nicholas flying through the grass, slamming him against a wall.

Marcus blinked in shock as he tried to get back up, groaning in pain.

"You're not supposed to be this strong." Marcus glared at Nicholas as the minister fell to the ground as he continued to struggle.
