That night Han Xin who rarely dreamt of anything found himself in the middle of a vivid dream. If he had known that feeding Peng Xiu medicine would result in this, he would have handed the task to someone else.
In the dream he was standing at the banks of the hot spring, surrounded by the lush forest. The mist was swirling and rising, obscuring his vision, but he knew he wasn't alone. There was a familiar figure in the mist.
"Your Highness?" he called out, his voice echoing through the forest.
The figure emerged from the mist, and his heart skipped a beat when he saw her clearly. Her wet silk dress was clinging to her frame accentuating her contours. However, her face was blurry, and Han Xin couldn't make out her features which he thought was weird. He walked towards her, the water of the hot spring rippling as he stepped in.
