Valerie Aether Nihilm, registered name is Val Anre Hilm. Age 16 and orphaned at 4. Also the main character of this story.

Was taken in by an unnamed organization with the promise of revenge, but when she turned 16, Val found out that she was deceived and the organization was the real mastermind behind her fathers' death.

After Val kills all of the people in the organization she collapses of exhaustion, as she has lost the willpower to live, and her body breaks down.

Later she wakes up in VANHA as a primordial species.

VANHA is a game Val created based on her father's latest research and released at the age of 13.

Val is now a feline-type beast, with black fur and silver ears. Amber-red eyes with white slits and large wings, the underside with grey-silver tips and thin white tips on the other side.

Her tail is very long and prehensile, there is a large fluff of silver at the tip. Val's back has some silver tiger stripes.

The underside and tips of her paws are silver. Currently the size of a housecat.

Val's human form is very similar to her past life's self. She has black hair with silver-grey streaks, very fluffy and soft.

Her skin is very pale, and her eyes are still amber-red with white pupils that will seldom turn into slits.

Also someone who seeks thrill in the form of battles, but due to her mind being set on revenge Val had restrained that part of her in her past life.

NOTE: Valerie was artificially born from the genes of her father and another person. Biologically she has no gender but prefers to be referred to as a female.

Val's father, his name has not been mentioned but his surname is most likely Nihilm and registered as Hilm.

He was a renowned person for his inventions and contributions to technology. Killed by an unnamed organization in front of his daughter.

Dead in both timelines, not much is known about him.

NOTE: In chapter 7 it is mentioned that he is still alive and that Val should go and seek him out.

First mentioned in chapter 1, though he doesn't have a lot of lines.

He is described to have deep blue eyes filled with warmth.

When Val's father dies, she is hidden in some corner, he comes over and reaches out his hand, and promises Val revenge.

In Val's first life, he is killed after Val discovers the truth behind her father's death but now that she went back in time, he is probably still alive.

NOTE: as he was the first to reach out his hand to Val, he could be called something similar to a spiritual pillar for her.

Queen is a sentient AI. She was created by Val and also the first made by her to gain self-awareness.

As an AI, Queen doesn't have gender but like her master, she takes the form of a female.

Her projection is of a small girl with light cream-colored hair that is cut to her neck. She has thin bee wings on her back and wears gold-rimmed glasses. Although bees don't have antennae, Queen has some on her head.

She is the overseer of the 'Hive' aka System and is directly under the admin, Val.

Indrid ( Avatar name ) is the first closed beta player. The only heir to the Kami aristocratic family, real name being Aristaeus Kami.

His guide is 001, and his avatar has grey hair with tanned skin and black eyes.

Chose his starting point near Cloud Village on the Silver continents' outskirts.

In the past timeline, he was known as the uncrowned king of VANHA, an unknown pro player of the past.

Neus is a brown-haired adventurer that was the first to discover Indrid.

He has a younger sibling named Sasha, who also follows him along with his blonde-haired friend.

Not much is known of him.

Sasha, younger sibling of Neus, her elder brother.

An adventurer teamed up with Neus and another blonde male.

She is shorter than average.

Not much is known about her.

001, Indrids assigned guide and works under Alpha.

Takes the form of a palm-sized white bird with beady eyes.

Has an elder sibling mindset but can and will have someone suffer to temper themselves.

Genderless and uses they/them pronouns.

Surya, a battle maniac that was dubbed the War God by players of VANHA.

Not much is currently known about him, though it is rumored that he was raised by a beast as a child.

Atai, the Beast Queen of VANHA.

She was an animal lover that just so happened to rise to the seat.

Not a lot is known about her currently.

Haava, the shop owner of a small dilapidated shop in the richer area of Cloud Village. She has short blonde hair with jade green eyes.

She is a 'hidden expert' as Val couldn't sense her presence at all when she entered the shop. And while speaking with Val during a short exchange, a foreign accent slipped.

Shorter than Val, her height is not mentioned. Around her mid 20's and seemingly a happy-go-lucky type of person.
