Chapter 6: A night for revelations

It has been two days since I kissed Jules. Even though I’ve been drinking large quantities of blood bags, I have little control over my eyes and fangs. I’ve had to step out of class several times to get them under control. It’s almost as if I can still taste her lips and the feel of her soft skin beneath my fingers. It’s arousing.

Soon after she stepped out of my car, a tidal wave of hunger burst through me, and my vampire powers came to the fore. I wanted to drain her life’s blood from her body until there was nothing left.

Once I got my body under control, I headed back to the sorority grounds. Several college kids were stumbling around drunk and dancing around. The loud boom of the houses’ music drowned out most sounds, but I keep a vigilant eye out for any hostiles.
