Dante opened his eyes and was assaulted with pain. He couldn't breath, he could barely move, he felt as if he was trapped underwater. Dante began to kick and throw his arms around his mind, still not capable of processing what was happening. All he knew was that he wanted to live so he began to swim his way towards what felt right. His body moved him towards the surface and once Dante saw light he felt hope once again.
"HUUUUUUUU"
Taking a long inhale Dante crawled from the water. Laying on what he thought to be a beach Dante began to look over his body.

Dante of course was shocked by the fact that he now had a system that has the power to bend time and erase existence but he had already died today so he wasn't going to contemplate life right now.

Pain of a thousand death's hit Dante like a train. Spasming from the pain Dante's mind returned to chaos as the pain was many times greater than that of his death. Little did Dante know that every cell within his body was changing to a degree that would make his DNA unrecognizable to that of a human. Time did not exist to Dante only pain and when that finally went away Dante couldn't react he couldn't think so his body slowly put itself to sleep.

Dante sat up still unable to process what happened which was partly due to his mind making him forget most of the pain.

<Abomination- A race capable of gaining traits from different races with each evolution. Abominations have never existed long and those that have are long dead due to being hunted down by many major races>
"Wait so if I can pick and choose traits from different races will I pick up the negative effects of these traits such as Vampire's ability to heal with the intake of blood but them being a slave to blood cravings."
< Due to the system's existence Host is able to be selective of what trait he wants and if a negative effect exists with such trait the effect will be toned down with each evolution >
"So I basically get to build my own race with the traits from the existing ones, can't complain about that."

That was the only feeling Dante was experiencing. How could he not when his dream was coming true he was finally given the chance to live a life without regrets.

Out of thin air a giant black wheel appeared, it was as tall as the sky and stretched far past Dante's vision. It began to spin as loud clanking was heard with each soul weapon it passed. Over time the wheel got slower and slower until finally it stopped.

Another black wheel appeared in front of Dante but this one was way smaller in comparison, it was comparable to something you'd see in an arcade or gameshow. Just like the last, the wheel spun and eventually slowed until it finally stopped.
