It was easy to get caught into a spiral of thoughts. This was something that Lukas easily found himself going through when he had spent most of his time alone.
You would end up getting used to your presence alone and that allowed one to ponder on several decisions constantly, it was almost unnerving and if given a chance was entirely unhealthy and unproductive, and so Lukas forced himself to move to the present.
Lukas clenched his drink a little tighter in his hand, enough for him to feel the almost cool glass and for him to inhale the blood.
Somehow, even though Nyx was far from the human settlement, their blood was also good too. It almost made Lukas wonder how the blood was supplied.
Was VitaBlood something that existed primarily in Lux over other cities—and this was him getting distracted again. A tangent of thoughts that was not entirely helpful for him.
