Kira got to school the next day to finish the two papers that were left.

She honestly didn't feel like sitting in the class with those blood-ripping classmates of hers.

Yes, she loved the attention but the unnecessary stares were annoying her already.

Kira sat on the staircase to avoid going to her lecture room when Scarlet walked to her.

Kira didn't give much attention to what was going on around her... so she didn't know that someone was standing right in front of her.

Scarlet cleared her throat to create awareness that she was around.

Kira looked up and stared at her, waiting for her to talk.

Thinking that they had become friends because of the question Kira asked the previous day, Scarlet smiled.

Kira became pissed

"What the heck are you doing here?" Kira questioned harshly.

"I'm attending this school" Scarlet smiled.

Kira ignored and stared at her book.

After about five seconds, Scarlet's presence began to irritate Kira.

So?".

"I'm very sure that you are not aware that I'm your course mate" Scarlet was pissed by her behavior.

Kira still didn't say a word, she only fixed her eyes on her and listened.

"You don't care about anyone but yourself. You are so selfish and arrogant, we have been together since 5th grade and yet you don't know me?" Scarlet was creating a scene.

Scarlet felt really bad, she has always wanted to be Kira's friend and even though she didn't give her any attention.

Scarlet adored her so much and watched her closely till now.

She probably knew all most everything about Kira. Her friends, hobbies, and dressing style, she was a fan of Kira on social media.

But it pained her heart that the person she has always adored doesn't give a shit about her.

"You make everyone seem invisible. I'm very sure that you don't even know what is happening in your surroundings but all you want is for people to notice you?".

Kira still didn't say anything.

All of Scarlet's words didn't get to her, not even a bit.

She still maintained her usual coldness.

Have you ever thought about how you will feel if you were ever treated as invisible? You have fame, money, and a reliable family..." Kira's sigh caught her off.

Kira stood up from the staircase and faced Scarlet "You shouldn't say what you know nothing about, I have nothing more to discuss with you".

Kira was troublesome but not a nuisance. Scarlet mentioned one thing she didn't have, a reliable family, and this made her cut her off.

She wasn't also the kind of person to exchange words in public.

Kira just walked past her and entered the exam hall.

Arlo was in a meeting when he remembered that he was supposed to meet Kira today.

An employee was doing a presentation on the recent rise in the stocks of the company.

Arlo hurriedly checked his wristwatch for the time.

That's good" Arlo stood up and left the meeting room.

Everyone was shocked, the almighty CEO just commented without seeing any fault.

"Clear my schedule for the rest of the day" Arlo walked into his office to get some documents before leaving.

He drove as fast as he could, he didn't want to keep her waiting.

Good afternoon Ms. Kira" Felix greeted with a smile.

He wanted to get on the good side of the future wife of his boss. Though he didn't like her that much but he had no choice.

Kira nodded at his greeting. She was surprised on why he would come to greet her but she just overlooked it and chatted with Sam on her phone.

You came early?" Arlo asked with a smile.

Kira nodded to his question and stood up from her seat.

Arlo led the way and they walked to the same boxing room they had their fight.

Why are we here again?".

Well, this is where our training classes will be taking place from now on" Arlo sat on an empty chair and Kira did the same.

Let's get started" Arlo sat properly.

This agency is also a mafia family and if you are going to be part of us...no turning back" Arlo became so serious.

Kira felt within herself "He has such a cold aura...even more than mine".

But you telling me about this, what if I don't pass the various tests?" Kira questioned out of curiosity.

If a person fails any of the tests, your memory will be wiped and you won't be able to remember anything about this agency".

Why are you lying about it being an agency?".

Because we sometimes work for the government as patriots, so it's not totally a lie " Arlo wasn't tired of her questions.

It was something he has always wanted since he met her. He didn't even mind that it was all about work.

So do you work as assassins?"

Wow, that's amazing" Kira was actually excited.
