Days passed and Valeria is still faced with threats and mockery from the outside world, and even in the company. She had tried to reach Jose but all has been to no avail.
She was walking down the stairs when she met Lola. "Oh, hey Lola." Valeria greeted.
Lola has been somewhat nice to her for some reason. Although Valeria could tell that Lola was a nice person naturally but only concealed her behavior inside a huge mask of frown.
"Madam Rosario," Lola replied with a half smile on her face.
Valeria smiled and was about going her way when Lola jumped in front of her to meet her gaze. "I have something to tell you," she announced.
Valeria frowned. "Well, to my office then." Together, both ladies strolled to Valeria's office.
"Well it's about the people you surround yourself with." Lola said shutting the door behind.
Valeria offered her a seat which she took. "The people I surround myself with?"
