"Can I have the file"?

Annie was jeered back into the reality of the world by the whisk baritone voice. She steered right into the eyes of the owner of the voice and her knees suddenly turned jelly. She could feel herself falling, "who is thus angel", "I'm I in heaven already ", "When did I died?". These were all the questions flowing through her mind.

It is Annie's sixth week in her new workplace and this is her first time seeing this hunky young man.

She eventually pulled herself together on a second thought and reached out to the brown file lying across the table.
