Volume 1 Chapter 6

'That was too simple.' Kurama told me in my mind.

'I am not a ninja, who will sneak attack and plan. But I have to admit that he is surprised enough to caught off-guard. But I atleast gained some info on him. He doesn't have any sensory abilities except for his sensitive nose and sharingan.'

'Hmmm... That's true... But that was too straight forward.'

'Is there any problem ?'

'No .'

When I first started cannibalism just to satisfy my test buds, Kurama was the first one to express concern. But we solved the matter. I have no attachment towards the humans. Neither has he. So as long as I doesn't kill for fun, that was ok with him.

I didn't know the big bad demon was concerned about humans. But that wasn't what I liked to do. I hate to waste food. And why should I kill unnecessarily if I can't even eat them ? Anyway I liked the alien looks the were giving me. I resumed my studies on my space time technique.

Kakashi was stunned. Then he frowned. This situation has gotten more complicated. When they were visiting his student's appartments and houses, they weren't able to enter Naruko's houses. The barrier and trap seals were atleast seal master level. Ofcourse he never believed academy's report. But it was alarming. Her lack of social interaction and Yamanaka's report was more troubling than anything else. She doesn't see herself as one of them. Like a foreign species. And now the display of strength, speed and stealth. More importantly the physical changes. He had seen her whisker marks when he held her as a baby. For a long time he had blamed her for his sensei's death. So he distanced himself from her. But now those marks were gone. Then there were her teeth. She never remembered Kushina nii san having such teeth. He shook his head. There is still thirty five minutes left. He should test his other students.

Sasuke Uchiha was getting very frustrated. First the wierd girl took out the wierd poster and sat down infront of there sensei.

'What a weirdo !' He snorted in his mind. Then after some times that no name girl has attacked their sensei with such a speed that his eyes couldn't follow. And then her jutsu which made her disappear. Even the jonin was caught off-guard by that. Sh

'I am an Uchiha ! I won't fall behind ! If she can take a bell, then why can't I.' Blinded by pride he did the most stupid thing he could have done.

He charged straight at his sensei with full speed. The white haired jonin easily side stepped. Then he proceeded to perform the mistiqe palm jutsu on his bleeding wound. Sasuke charged again. This time he ducked low and charged towards his wounded side. Kakashi had tied the bells on his waist again. So he directly charged their. Missing his target second time, he engaged in a taijutsu battle with the Jonin. When it bore no fruit, Sasuke tried to gain distance. But Kakashi follow him sending a kick. Sasuke used it to gain more distance. Then he threw shurikens towards the silver haired Jonin.

But he deflected them with a kunai. Sasuke then weaved through some handsigns and spewed a midium sized fireball. But it missed it's target. Sasuke tried to look for his sensei. But suddenly someone grabbed his legs and pulled him into the ground.

Hearing the screech I sighed. Only three minutes left. I closed my notebook and sealed it away in my pocket. I walked towards the Uchiha. Sure enough only head was visible. I sighed. I went towards him. He didn't say anything but narrowed his eyes. I punched the ground near him and broke it using chakra pulse. Then holding him from the back of his neck, I pulled him out.

"I don't need your help !" He started screaming at me. Annoyed, I backhanded him and went towards Haruno. She was just unconscious. So I didn't bother with her. Instead went towards the training post. The alarm bell rang out.

Haruno was tied to the post. I was sitting on the ground. Looking at Hatake.

"You failed. You all failed ! Naruko -"

I didn't let him finish. Who does he think is he ? Calling me by my name ! I didn't like it.

"Uzumaki !" I cut him off.

"What !" He was surprised.

"You are no one to me. Don't call me with familiarity ! Call me Uzumaki !" I said coldly.

"..." He was stunned . But I don't care.

"... Uzumaki , you knew the meaning of the test . So why didn't you tried to work with them ?" This time he was more subdued.

I looked at him flatly.

"It's not my problem they can't read."

"...Forget about it !" He was frustrated.

He then handed over two lunch boxes. And told us not to give anything to Haruno. He then told us that he will give us another chance after lunch. After he went away, I cut the rope with my nails.

"What are you doing ?" Uchiha asked. I spared him a glance and threw the lunch box at Haruno.

"Don't need." I told her.

"But sensei...said..."

"I don't give a shit. If you want eat it."

Then I unsealed one of my bloodbag disguised as milkshake and started to drink it.

As soon as Haruno took a bite, Hatake appeared again.

Kakashi sighed as he went towards the Hokage tower. He felt like he has entered his sixties in just last hour. His team is a disaster. Uchiha and Haruno were manageable. But Naruko, didn't want to do anything with them. She was disgusted when he called her Naruko.

Forget about flight risk. She might try to destroy this village. This was very bad. But atleast for now she showed no hostility towards them. He remembered Sasuke biting his pride to ask her at the end of the test.

(A few minutes ago after Kakashi passed the team.)

"How... how are you so strong ?" Kakashi didn't leave immidiately. But he decided to stay and observe.

Naruko stopped. She didn't look back. But replied nonetheless.

"Because I am a monster." Then she left

For a moment he was too stunned to even move. She genuinely belived what she said. Kakashi didn't find anything false in her statement. He felt shame.

'It seems my afterlife won't be peaceful anymore.' He chuckled darkly.

Little did he know,what she said was true.
