"So you're not married yet?" the young woman casually asked.
"Yeah, getting married is a major life decision that can't be rushed. At the very least, I have to find someone as beautiful as you, sister," Ye Wutian answered.
The young woman covered her mouth and smiled.
Ye Wutian then asked, "You must be married already, sister?"
A tinge of melancholy appeared in the young woman's eyes. After a moment of silence, she lightly smiled and nodded subtly.
From her expression, it seemed her marriage was far from blissful. Generally speaking, women like her were more likely to have affairs. If Ye Wutian hadn't been preoccupied with pressing matters, he was confident he could have taken her to bed tonight. For now, though, he could only flirt casually.
"Ah! That's a real pity. If you weren't married, I would definitely pursue you relentlessly," Ye Wutian said with feigned regret.
The young woman gave a noncommittal smile but remained silent.
