"What's the matter?" Ming Xizhi asked, puzzled.
Qin Han replied seriously, "Have you ever heard of Eternal Life Hall?"
"Eternal Life Hall?" Ming Xizhi rarely saw Qin Han speak so solemnly about something.
He guessed that whatever Qin Han was about to discuss must be extremely important.
Qin Han sighed and asked, "In your jurisdiction, aren't there often cases of people going missing or trafficking in human organs?"
"Cases of missing people occur in every county and city, and when you add them all up across the Central Plains region, there are certainly numerous examples." Ming Xizhi nodded as he spoke.
Then, Ming Xizhi shook his head and said, "However, I usually do not pay much attention to this issue, so I don't really know the specific numbers."
"Is it that you haven't paid much attention, or that you haven't paid any attention?" Qin Han asked calmly, looking faintly at Ming Xizhi.
