Chapter 17 A Notorious Womanizer

While he was talking, William rolled up his sleeves, exposing the scar on his arm. And then he started telling Lydia a story about his childhood, "When I was eleven, I fell into the pool. My Second Uncle saw me fall in the water with his own eyes, but he didn't rescue me. Instead, he stepped on me. This scar is when I tried to struggle into the pool, and the wound was scratched. I nearly drowned, luckily a maid came through and saved me. Otherwise, the person your Ahn Family will seek assistance from is my Second Uncle."

Lydia stared at William with wide-eyed, and suddenly William was so quiet about what had happened to him. Although Lydia has often encountered cruel and wicked people, but she never thought of it. There were people who killed someone, especially their own family for money. Her stepmother and stepsister were mean, but all they could do was come up with a little schemes. Not to mention his own nephew, who shared the same blood as he did.

The lips of Lydia trembled, and he asked William, "So..., did you file a report about that?"

"Can I report it to the police?" William laughed when he heard of Lydia question. "Conflicts within the family are very serious, so you have to get used to them. However, it turned out that William remained quiet. After a very long period of silence, he said with coldness, "Don't think much of yourself. And never underestimate your enemy, do not think that they were foolish. Since life will not give you a better chance, you should try to reach it on your own. My Second Uncle and Aunt had a son. Just so you know, their son, who is also my younger cousin, his name is Tyler Chang. He slithers like a snake, you better be careful with people like that..."

Lydia immediately asked, "Why is he such a great man? Do you have a hard time with him? I don't think he's showing up publicly with the status of a Chang Family. Does he have an important hidden role?"

William took a look at Lydia, burst into laughter and shook his head, "No, because you are a woman. So you have to be wary of him. Tyler knows very well how to grasp the hearts of women. He's a notorious womanizer..."

However, it turns out there are still women who broke up with William, and choosen William's cousin, Tyler? How great was Tyler, that he could snatch William's woman?

After thinking about it, Lydia thought it could happen. Though from the outside William sounds very perfect, but he was truly a very cold and arrogant person. As for the feelings of people, William didn't seem to care about it. Of course, if he only leans on faces, someone would get bored in no time. Neither was intelligence the most important factor in a relationship. A family background which seems perfect, concealed many crises behind it. The most important thing in a relation were communication and comfort between them.

Even something which seems perfect, but that didn't allow somebody to stay forever.

Not to mention it was Lydia herself, in the beginning she was also drawn by William's face. But now also due to the nature of William, she didn't have a good impression of him. Rather, Lydia seems somewhat frightened by William.
