The day was bright and sunny, no cloud in sight,the grass gave out its lush green, birds singing in the distance, it was the beginning of summer, voices of people chattering gleefully could be heard within. Craig's mansion,"Vladimir" came the word from a short, old lady in a coarse tone, "Please, get over here". A young man came walking briskly across the ceramic tile floors. A handsome fellow, who, by merely looking at him, one would say was in his mid-twenties, but in his case, it wasn't so, for he was a Hybrid. "How may I be of service ma'am?" said the young man in front of her. "Get me a whale's tooth, wolfs-bane, some coal, and.... " she said in a hushed tone to Vladimir, who stared wide mouthed at her in bewilderment while she was still thinking of what other humanly impossible things to get, just then a tall broad-chested man, with a sharp jaw, jet black hair that was arranged in a very peculiar manner, which made it the first thing to be noticed by the gawking onlookers, eyes we're as green as an Emerald on a sunny day descends down the flight of stairs, and a sudden silence, almost tangible enveloped the mansion. He went down the stairs, and addressed the guests in a very subtle way, his voice calm and enticing. "Cheers, to Talunghax", he said after the address "to Talunghax" echoed through the walls "Vladimir, the last ingredient I need is the scale of a dragon" ".... " "Go get them, and meet me by mid day at Izguhn." While the party was going on, Jasper and Sophie were in his room."Why don't you go down to the party?", "I don't care" "Why should I?". Asked Jasper in a nonchalant manner, "put on some clothes, we'll be going out", he said with a smile on his face. He winked at her, just then she remembered an incident that occurred long ago. She smiled and said,"Wow, I didn't expect that you would do that",...he killed a mad Werewolf that had attacked Sophie by merely looking at it. It got lit up from the inside and was engulfed in flames. Jasper smiled with no inkling of pleasure in his eyes as he remembered that evening,"Well, I'll be able, and more willing to do much more for my sweetheart", he said as they walked hand in hand down the isle, The night was cool, silent with an ominous aura, the sound of crickets filled the surroundings, the moon's sheen had a dazzling effect on the surrounding area when all of a sudden Sophie began to fade out, "What's going on?!", Jasper asked with a slightly confused expression. She looked at him with a confused look, noticing the way he was staring at her in bewilderment. She took a look at herself and she saw parts of her body were missing and some still fading out slowly, She, with the fear that had begun to rise almost hysterical, asked "What's wrong with me", " Why is this happening?" asked Jasper. Sophie, seeing half of her body gone, began to scream hysterically. Looking into his marble-like blue-green eyes, she said "What's happening?", with streaks of tears flowing down her fine cheek bones, when she placed her hands on the pendant on the necklace that was around her neck"The necklace!", Jasper said, "The necklace?", asked Sophie "Yes!", " What of it? ",..."Take it off", now even more confused, tried asking "Why?".... 581/5000
