No 1, Get Moving; Try doing rhythmic exercises for at least thirty minutes daily, while exercising, try to focus your mind on your body movements and the changes that occur while working out instead of focusing on your thoughts and trying hard to distract yourself.

No 2, Don't isolate yourself; Do not be alone, try to interact with other people. You can even choose to volunteer, participate in other activities, hang out with friends or join a club, just so you are not idle.

No 3, Self regulate your nervous system; If you are feeling disturbed or upset, practice mindful breathing. Allow yourself to feel what you feel when you feel it, that is, acknowledge your feelings about the trauma when it comes.
