Unpaid Dues (BL)

Yejun sighed as he got bored in his office room. He turned his swiveling chair around so he could see Seoul in all its glory through his crystal-clear glass wall. He smirked to himself when he had thought that he has Seoul in the palm of his hands. His thoughts were soon interrupted by his right-hand man. "Sir.... The Kims have escaped..." he informed. Yejun clearly didn't like the thought of people running away with his father's money... or even his. "The good news?" he asked as he propped up his elbow on his armrest and had rested his chin on his hand while is free hand danced on his desk. "They left their son you see.... His name is Kim Eungoo..."

You Wouldn't Dare

Kwan closed his eyes and sighed as he listened closely to the vehicles that kept passing by. He's been at the waiting shed waiting for hours and had multiple buses stop and held the door for him, but he didn't get on. He was currently at Gangnam's famous intersection in Seoul. He usually goes to this place to think.

He's been carefully research and juggling his sidelines, studies, and other businesses related to the Black Tiger Gang. He tried to tip the policemen off as an anonymous but he then learned that Park Yejun holds the authorities as well as Jeon Wonshik. All he could get from the two is that Wonshik was a secretary for Park Yejun and all other details were off the grid.

"Here… You dropped something…" A voice disturbs Kwan from his meditation but he knew that he wasn't particularly carrying any valuable. His phone and wallet by which he was holding by the moment in his pockets.

"Min Kwan, right?" Now this caused Kwan to open his eyes and looked at the man beside him. He then scanned the man from head to toe. He noticed that he was wearing a plain black turtleneck and had a long stylish blue coat. He had on a pair of black jeans and brown timberlands on.

"Who's asking?"

The man chuckled and smiled but did not meet Kwan's eyes yet. His sight was trained on the scenery of the traffic of Gangnam before replying, "You know who I am."

By that, Kwan remembered what the gunsmith had told him… 'He finds you…'

"Jeon Wonshik?" Kwan breathed out.

Wonshik nodded and had said, "I've got to give it to you, you've caused quite a trouble already."

"Where is he?" Kwan kept his voice as low as possible to not attract too much attention. He then looked around if anyone was listening. He then paused when he noticed the bus that was supposed to stop didn't.

"He's not here that's for sure and you can talk freely." Wonshik raised his hand and suddenly everyone around us paused and looked at us. There was even an ice cream truck that suspiciously stopped right in front of the waiting shed that made Kwan think 'what the fuck?'

When Wonshik stood up, everyone started minding their own business and this is where Kwan understood that he owns everyone. The man smiled and walked up to the ice cream truck and started ordering from the menu. Kwan looked around and noticed that the truck is the blind spot for all of the street cameras in the area. So he took a deep breath before following him.

"Do you like ice cream?" Wonshik asked.

"Where is he?"

"If I have to take a guess… you like strawberries right?"

"What the fuck?! Are you deaf?!" Kwan asked angrily, clenching, and unclenching his fists.

"One strawberry ice cream cone and a chocolate ice cream cone." Wonshik smirked at Kwan before slowly saying, "Large".

Kwan grabbed the man by the collar of his coat and pulled him up close. His eyes were filled with so much rage and he had already run out of patience. He then went to punch him in the face but Wonshik evaded his move swiftly and grabbed his wrist. Before he knew it he had his face slammed against the ice cream truck.

"Calm down little Kitty… Eungoo's fine… He's with my boss…"

"He's not a toy…" he grunted. "And most importantly, he's not to be used as payment!" He grunted and quickly escaped Wonshik's hold and when he kept trying to land a strike here and there, the man blocked it. Kwan went for a jab but Wonshik turned his head to the side and blocked his next attack.

Wonshik then pulled out a silver baton and kept hitting Kwan's pressure points and by careful observation he smiled and hit his shoulder, earning the scream he had always envisioned. He laughed as soon as Kwan knelt to the ground, paralyzed. He smiled wider and crouched down when his little kitten was silently searching for help.

"I'm seriously not here to fight, Kwan," Wonshik explained. "I'm actually here to talk." The man went to the ice cream guy and took their orders and was now licking happily his ice cream while Kwan was still kneeling breathing heavily. He hummed and walked closer to him, cracking his neck a little to relieve his head from paralysis, and brought the strawberry ice cream to his lips.

Kwan has never been paralyzed in his entire life and it was the scariest shit ever. He couldn't feel anything and he was in a position that he also didn't feel uncomfortable with… literally. So when Wonshik relieved his head from paralysis, his jaw could finally move and his eyes were able to glare at the man.

"If you don't start eating… I'm going to turn you blind with this ice cream and kill you with it as well…" Wonshik calmly threatened as he ate his ice cream.

Kwan cursed mentally at the thought of dying from an ice cream cone… that would be terrible… especially when his men find out about it… so when he slowly opened his mouth, Wonshik shoved it in making him gag.

Wonshik laughed at his mischievous actions. He didn't intend to shove the ice cream in his mouth but he was losing all his restraints especially when Kwan was practically kneeling in front of him. The gag was so worth it.

"Oops…" He smiled. "Come on… Eat it…" He said and his heart skipped a beat when the boy swallowed. He felt so excited at the sight he ate his ice cream in one go before shoving the cone in Kwan's mouth one more time. He then picked him up and carried him towards the waiting shed. He then puts him down in a sitting position and had to laugh every now and then at how cute Kwan was trying to eat his cone.

'He can laugh all he wants but I ain't wasting this shit.' Kwan thought to himself as he tried to lick off the ice cream off his face. Shameless. Wonshik sat beside him and pulled out a handkerchief from the secret pocket of his coat and wiped off Kwan's face with it.

He smiled and cupped Kan's face making the latter flinch slightly. "I have a job for you… further details will be discussed in my office at 8 pm sharp." Wonshik then placed his calling card on his prey's lap and stood up fixing his coat.

"And if I refuse?"

"And you won't get to see Eungoo…" He said as a matter of fact. "Oh! And also, here's an extra motivation." Wonshik fished out his phone from his back pocket and took him a few seconds before showing Kwan the screen.

Kwan's voice got stuck in his throat as he watched a live video of a man carrying his child happily. He could feel the rage building up once more as Wonshik then maneuvered the screen so he could see the sight of where the man was. It was their headquarters.

"You wouldn't dare!" Kwan sneered at him.

"Oh! But I would." Wonshik retrieved his phone and took him seconds before calling someone and put him on speaker. He looked at Kwan before speaking, "status."

And then someone began to speak…

"Brava 15 locked and loaded."

"Battalions in position sir."

"Phoenix is in set."

And with that, he knew that Wonshik had a very special army of men ready to infiltrate the area. The man knew what The Black Tiger Gang is capable of. And for the first time ever, he was so scared for the lives of his men. They were like a family to him and had their backs if they need him. His right-hand man was out of the country at the moment so he had no one to rely on in this situation in being rational and wise.

"Boss… Just say the magic word and we'll have a run of these babies."

Kwan internally gasped and soon the images of everyone he knew in that building flashed before his eyes. He was always careful to not get his men involved in his personal mess and his search for Eungoo and here he was now watching them by the mercy of Jeon Wonshik.

"We have new weapons for testing actually and what better way to run a test-drive is… well… on them?"

"They have nothing to with this!"

"Does it look like I care that much?" Wonshik shrugged in which Kwan's jaw fell to the ground.

"There's a child!" He yelled as he tried to reason with him.

"Ahuh. Ahuh. Well… guess what… I don't really care. And besides… it all depends on what you decide. You're not the only one who's been snooping around. So you get to decide Kwan. I'll see you at 8 pm."

And with that Jeon Wonshik left Min Kwan to make the most crucial decision.
