a good new day

Alarm clock kept on ringing vibrantly, , indicating that it's nine A.m in the morning

 Damian stood up, walked close to the clock which was still ringing and turned it off. He walked back and lie down on the bed , he was bout to fall asleep when the knock on the door drew his attention.

 [Damian] "Door's open'. He muttered with a weak tone

 [Gina] "Good morning'. Gina greeted as she walked inside the room 

 "Morning mum'. Damian replied back with a weak voice 

 [Gina] "How was your night'? 

 [Damian] "T'was the same as always, and your's?. 

[Gina]"Good' 

[Gina]"Thought so'. 

Gina knew that it was of no use speaking with Damian since he was still half awake , so she decided to take her leave. She shut the door behind her and gently climbed down the stairs. on getting to the sitting room she sat down, picked up the remote and turned on the TV .

 Gina was enjoying the news when she saw her husband climbing downstairs all dressed. he was wearing a black suit and on his left hand was his briefcase with the colour of it matching that of his suit. Gina stood up as her husband walked near her.

 [Gina] you didn't tell me you were going out. Gina said as she adjusted her husband's tie

 [Tommy] hmmm... sorry bout that I got an urgent message from the president demanding my presence 

 [Gina] oh you mean "president to be"? . Gina said as she removed her hands from Tommy's tie 

 [Tommy] hahaha.... funny. With a fake smile 

 [Gina] aren't you taking anything? tea at least.

 [Tommy] oh..... would've loved to, but I'm already fifteen minutes late . Tommy gave Gina a soft kiss on her head and off he went.

[Gina] drive safely! 

 [Tommy] I'll . Tommy's responded with a high tone for he was already in his car and about to drive off.

[Gina] sigh. Gina went back to continue watching her news but as she sat down she saw Damian climbing downstairs . Damian was still wearing his night robe he didn't even say "hi' to his mum but instead he walked straight directly into the kitchen, he quickly scrambled some eggs took some bread and after which he made tea for himself. After finish eating Damian was heading back to his room but as he was bout taking a step on the staircase his mum called out.

[Gina] hey!. Gina stood up from the chair and walked slowly to Damian

 " I got something for you.

Damian turned and now facing his mum but they were five steps away from each other.

 [Damian] "what is it'?

 [Gina] "oh...hmmm just give me a minute'. Gina quickly climbed upstairs heading towards her room while Damian was still standing on the same spot watching his mum as she made her way into her room.

 In not less than two minutes Gina climbed back down with a camera which she handed over to Damian

[Gina] here I got you this. Damian took the camera from his mum and after which he started climbing upstairs to his room. 

 When Damian got to his room he lie flat on the bed still holding the camera and after some few seconds he stood up with the camera on his hand he took a snap of his room and another, followed by another shot a smile made way to his face as he continuously giving the room multiple shots.

Damian opened his room door and walked out of the room still taking shots as he gently walked down the stairs.

Gina saw the smile on Damian's face which also made her smile she watch Damian as he walked out of the sitting room.
