The tall muscular man decisively shot an arrow at Jin to distract him, and turned around and ran.

With his current stats, he could have easily dodged the arrow but he did not. He wanted to test the power of the sun fire of the setting sun god martial sprite.

When the arrow was 7 meters away from the sun fire on Jin's body attacked the arrow as if it had a mind of its own. The arrow was vaporized instantly.

This is one of the passive abilities of the setting sun god martial sprite, called domine protection. Any object, living or non-living, that is hostile to the user of the martial sprite will automatically be attacked by the sun fire once it enters the range of the martial sprite.

This sun fire as the name suggests burns with the temperature of the sun's surface, at 6000 Kelvin.

"You are not getting away that easy", said Jin as he used his full speed of 19900 km/hr and chased after the tall muscular man. With every step, he took the ground melted. The small sun over his head followed behind him. He currently covered by sun fire which was yellowish orange in color. It made him seem like a shooting star

He overtook the tall muscular man in an instant. But he could not control his speed and almost crashed into a tree but before he could the domain protection activated and turned the tree with was as thick enough for 3 people to hug and as tall as skyscraper into ash within a microsecond.

He used one hand and both his legs to create enough friction to stop, with every step he took the ground melted.

The tall muscular man stumbled and turned around and ran. Jin followed behind this time only used 1/2 his speed, but that was enough to decrease the gap between the two.

But just as Jin was about to grab hold of the tall muscular man. The tall muscular man shouted and threw a square shaped object.

This object was an object passed down in his family for many generations, it was called the viji banner. The ancestor of his family was tomb raider and found this banner in one of his adventures. He originally had no idea what this banner was for but he kept it with him anyways as a lucky charm, but one day he was bitten by a poisonous snake, the snake's poison was so potent that even his flesh began to melt. He tried all the antidotes on him at that time, but it was of no use. Just as he had given up all hope, the viji banner emitted a dim light and began to absorb the poison in his body and also heal him.

From then on he experimented with the viji banner and found out that not only did it have healing properties but also defensive abilities such as a force field.

The force field ability was exactly what the tall muscular man was counting on.

"VIJI BANNER ACTIVATE", shouted the tall muscular man.

With a *ting* sound the viji banner emitted a formless energy and formed an energy dome around the tall muscular man.

The palm strike that was about to hit the tall muscular man instead collided with the viji banner energy domain.

*BOOM* massive amounts of sunfire were emitted from his palm.

"The hell is this", wondered Jin, "no matter what you I am still gonna kill you", said Jin with determination.

Jin is not a killer but even a saint would be angry if he was shot through the knee.

*BOOM*, Jin exerted his full strength and more sunfire was emitted from his hands. This caused ripples to be formed on the surface of the energy dome.

"no no, NO don't break", prayed the tall muscular man as he poured more energy into the viji banner.

"Dame it I refuse to believe that I can't break you", said Jin as he exerted more force, as he placed his left hand also on the energy dome.

"Ha.....", suddenly he got a message from his martial sprite, time was running out. There was a time limit for this buff.

"System how long do I have left for this buff", asked Jin.

[Ding 30 seconds]

"Fuck", shouted both Jin and the tall muscular man. Jin was running out of buff time and the tall muscular man was running out of internal Qi.

"Think.........think there must be a way to break this turtle shell", thought Jin while constantly attacking the energy domain with force and sunfire.

"Think.........think there must be a way to escape from this monster", though the tall muscular man as he constantly supplied the viji banner internal Qi.

10 seconds passed as they thought. Cracks started appearing on the energy domain.

While Jin was happy, while the tall muscular man was scared stiff.

But the viji banner suddenly shook and emitted a dim light and the cracks healed them self.

"Yes", shouted the tall muscular man.

"Shit", shouted Jin.

10 seconds soon passed.

More cracks started to form and heal on the viji banner domain.

5 more seconds passed, suddenly out of nowhere a stone flying at a very high-speed colloid with the viji banner energy domain, shattering it.

"AHHHHH", the tall muscular am consumed by the sunfire.
