My meaningful walk:Unknown God

You will join us? Why do you want to?"

"Uhm, obviously to become stronger!"

I was pretty irritated.

"To become stronger? For what exactly?"

Aaargh, again? Is he guiding me to some answer, like a child that is learning to walk or something? Why does he answer like this?

"What are you going to use your power for? Answer me."

"Will you use it to help suffering people?"

"Yes! Of course!" I reply immediately, and my face has no trace of hesitation or lie.

"I see...but... people that are suffering from what exactly? From disease? From hunger? Or from death?"

In the first town I set foot in, it shocked me really hard. I hear mournful cries everywhere; I hear them on the road, on roofs, inside houses, and other places. I can see the expression on their faces: resentment and discontentment. A wasteful day is what will come to mind for every person that will have the chance to see this situation. I can even see this child trying to embrace her dead parent's body but being unable to do so because of the condition of the corpse. When her hand touches the body, it only goes through due to how vulnerable the body gets from the fireballs.

I turned my head, for I could not watch the scenery any longer.

I continue walking, and the surrounding area suddenly gets cold.

"Ahh. What a bad day."

I turn my head upward.

The rain then started to pour down really hard. The whole place is gloomy due to those dark clouds that are rejecting the sunlight.

Imagine a moment as dark as this and a situation that can put you to sleep due to the sounds of droplets hitting the roofs and surroundings. But you are in the midst of the road, hearing loud lamentations in every direction.

"Tsk"

I click my tongue and continue running.

Despite having dead loved ones to mourn for, the people still bother and did not let the chance to give their thanks to their savior slip away.

Just behind me while I was running, a person grabbed my hand, followed by many people with teary eyes.
