Chapter twelve

" there they fight for the boys campus oooo ( there are fighting in the boys campus) " Stella said passing Amanda's room with two of her friends.

" we can't enter the boys campus. so bad" Sarah said. Amanda was behind them so she heard their conversation. She ran inside her room and picked her phone from the charging port.

" ah Amanda wetin dey happen ( Aman what's wrong?) " Kelly asked worried. Both Kelly and Praise went to Amanda's bed and sat with her.

" what happen na. you are making me worry " Praise said.

" there's a fight in the boys campus. So I want to know what happened " Amanda replied putting the phone on her ear.

" fast fast. he don pick ( fast fast, has he pick?) " Kelly hurried her.

" nor dey rush ( don't rush) "

" oh I thought something had happened to my Kelvin " Praise said in relief.

" oh hello. Justin, wetin they happen na. make there tell me the latest aproko wey dey happen for your campus ( hello. Justin, what is happening, tell me the latest gossip that is happening in you campus) "

" how did you know" Justin asked confused. He is inside his room with Fabian, Collins and Lucky. Since he wants to tell Amanda about what happened, he decided to live the room. He went out side then he told Amanda everything that happened.

" wow, what an interesting story, I like to meet this Lucky " Amanda smiled.

" you've met him. You even know him"

" eh"

" that your friend. Your Lucky "

" ehh" she yelled. " my friend Lucky?, that Jackson dey lie. Lucky no go fit do that kind thing. So Lucky dey talk true because he be better person ( my friend Lucky?, Jackson is lying. Lucky can't do something like that. So Lucky is saying the the truth because he's a good person) " Amanda said angrily. They talked for a while before cutting the call. Amanda then started telling Kelly and Praise the story. After telling them, they started insulting Jackson before reading their books.

The girls got ready, they ate their breakfast, they went to their various exam hall. Since Praise and Kelly's course are harder than Amanda's, they took paper filled with answers and hide it inside their body. Kelly wants to be a politician while Kelly wants to be a doctor, even though they find it easy, they still have great fears when they enter the exam hall.

They wrote their exams for on month, they hang out with the boys each day after their exam. They had to stay there in Bayelsa because their holiday wasn't long. So after their second semester, they can go home.

inside the girls room

" afa, I dey commot with Justin ( I'm going out with Justin) " Kelly said getting ready.

" na ponytail you fix? ( you fixed ponytail?) " Amanda asked surprised.

" fine right"

" and long " she smiled " wait o, let me see" Amanda rushed to Kelly. She looked at how long the hardest was. It ended at the bottom of her ass. As Kelly was leaving the house, she turned back to say bye.

" yeah bye, enjoy your date" Amanda waved.

" what?"

" go" Amanda yelled. Kelly closed the door and left.

" Praise have been sleeping, I'm alone and bored " Amanda then took in a deep breath before releasing it. She stared at the roof, then lay down on her bed. She kept on staring at the roof and before she knew it, she was already asleep. They slept till few minutes pass ten. All of a sudden a sound came from outside the window. Which frightened Praise, so she woke up. She went to the window, opened it, and was surprised to see Favour downstairs. She was pointing at the gate.

" am I really seeing Favour, or na the headache dey cause am ( or is it because of the headache?) she asked her self holding her head. It's like the world was turning round and she was still standing in one place.

" Kelly is outside the gate" Favor said trying to keep her voice down.

" what" she yelled confused.

"shhh" after shushing her, Sher looked round to see if anybody heard. " I nor dey talk this thing again. Kelly dey outside ( I won't say this again. Kelly is outside) " Favor whispered and walked away.

" um. Kelly's outside?) " She turned and saw only Amanda, who was still sleeping. " Kelly's outside " she yelled and ran out of the room. She reached the gate and opened it. " you know that the are looking through gate around ten,and now see time, almost eleven. what... " Praise paused after seeing Kelly's red eyes and also filled with tears. " what happened? " Praising asked confused. Kelly couldn't say anything, so she just left.

They entered the room and was just staring at each other. Kelly was still crying, her body was sour, hair scattered, her clothes are just torn.

" Kelly what happened " Praise asked staring at her angrily. Kelly was still quiet. " Amanda " Praise called still sitting on the couch opposite Kelly's own.

" please don't..."

" Amanda " Praise yelled.

" um um I'm up" Amanda jumped up.

" what is... " she paused after seeing Kelly.

" what happened? " Amanda asked confused.

" she refused to answer " Praise said angrily.

" we dozed off after drinking that coke you gave us " Amanda looked at her angrily.

flashback

" I'm here and I bought Coca Colalala for the three of us" Kelly said giving one each to them.

" thanks " Amanda smiled and drank it. Same goes to Praise.

end of flashback

" you drugged us " Amanda said surprised.

" you wicked soul " Praise added.

" I'm sorry, I... "

"shut up and tell us who did this to you " Praise asked

" you said you were go3out with Justin. no Justin can't do this to you " Amanda thought.

" I... i" Kelly burst into tears.

" tell us" Praise yelled.

" or do you want me to call Justin on those phone? " Amanda asked threatening her.

" no no no" Kelly waved both her hands.

" I will tell you" Kelly said and took in a deep breath.

" I left Justin around seven. I... I decided to go to my ex boyfriends place just to see him " she paused to clean her tears. " just then.. he... he... with two of his friends... raped me" she cried out. Suddenly Amanda became weak in the knee, so she had to sit down.
