Blob vs Nexus and the Unlucky Ninja before the Test

Blob started off with an aggressive approach as he attacked with a force that could destroy a blue whale. Meanwhile Nexus looked at him calmly as the robot started to calculate the best course of action the demon was already near Nexus only a few meters away.

Blob's BIQ worked on living beings with a soul as BIQ could see into what the soul would do... but against Nexus who had no soul it was not effective.

Moving forward Nexus started to exert all of its mechanical body to move and in a single second Nexus was near Blob.

The two looked each other and knew whether it was in Blob's soul or Nexus's Ai they knew that they would be each others rivals.

Nexus instead of punching ducked as Blob stopped himself a few meters before being attacked with a punch. Blob retaliated by punching as well with only half the force as it was a quick stop and attack only in 7.8 eight seconds which was what Nexus would know.

Nexus merely tilted the body before attacking again and the punch went for Blob's head but Blob used 1st Circle Demon Barrage. A flurry of punches attacked Nexus as the Robot analyzed the attack before coming up with a pattern.

20 punches went for various body parts of Nexus's Genesis body, but every attack was stopped by blocking or dodging but only five had to be blocked so only half the power attacked Nexus.

[Nexus 90/100] Each punch if not blocked would deal 4 damage to a body made from metal and with 20 coming at one it would be 80 damage.

Nexus's System started to overheat crazily but it would be cooled down by the garment so it could allow Nexus to prolong a battle.

Blob attacked with Fire storm and this would prove effective as Metal was bad against Heat type attacks and thus ended the match as Fire storm was an area of effect.

Of course Blob won but not without a struggle as even with better stats and spells along with another artifact Blob won by using a spell which Nexus did not have.

Nexus did not die and because another Magic artifact attacked another one under the same person command Nexus recovered twice as fast.

Soon Vincent came up and saw Iris waiting for him along with as she sighed.

"Hey Vincent we do not talk much do we?" Iris asked.

"Yes we do not," Vincent simply replied.

"Well? Want to take a walk?" Iris asked.

"... Sure?" Vincent asked as this would be the perfect time to test her loyalty to Jack.

Thus so Iris and Vincent walked towards a small garden behind the villa before Iris signaled for Vincent to sit beside her which he did.

"So, what do you like about life of Celeron?" Iris asked about Vincent's time on the planet which they lived in.

Vincent's eyes turn cold as he remembered all the times he was abused and bullied when he was younger and the... event.

A memory came to him.

A mother that looked like Vincent saw her come over to Vincent's small 'room' which had a simple blanket and small candle.

"GET UP TRASH!" She yelled at Vincent.

"..." Vincent simply got up and this was where he would get the '...' sentence as whenever he talked back he would go without anything for a few days.

"WHERE IS MY GREETING YOU UNGRATEFUL BRAT!" She yelled again before saying "NO FOOD FOR YOU FOR A WEEK AND ALL CHORES WILL BE DOUBLED!"

"GET GOING!" Again she yelled.

"Hello? Vincent," Iris asked when she saw the trance he as in.

"Cynical and hypocrites," Vincent muttered enough for Iris to hear.

"What?" Iris asked surprised as those she met were humble and nice to her.

"Those at the bottom do not have rights and only the very top control the world," Vincent said again.

"What do you mean!" Iris shook Vincent's clothing when she stood up.

"They are just people of self interest," A taboo history pooped up in Vincent's mind as he started to remember times of pain.

"HYPOCRITE WHAT ABOUT JACK!?" Iris exploded as she in both lives had people who cared and loved her... well not much in this life but in her old one.

"Jack may be no better," Vincent's eyes turned cold but just said.

"..." Iris soon had a teardrop in her eye after one of her 'friends' called her other friend no better then those that act on self interest.

"But he is one that helped me whether self interest or not, I will be his sword and whoever comes to block his way I will strike down no matter what," Vincent just said as he slapped Iris's hand off him before walking away.

"T-then I'll show you there is warmth in humanity! and it will be worth fighting for!" Iris promised to Vincent.

"... Right or wrong even if they are a selfless hero I will strike them down for Jack," Vincent walked away leaving a teary Iris behind.

'I promise you Vincent I will make you love humans as much as I do and when I do you will not strike down everyone but help them to our side,' Iris was blinded by lies of her former life.

Meanwhile Iris soon found Jack and Vincent in the kitchen counter talking.

"Hmm? What happened?" Vincent asked.

"Well a new faction has been established by the same person whom you offended with other people who died to a so called 'Nexus'," Jack said simply.

"Oh?" Vincent asked about the new faction.

"Yes so tell me... did you create Nexus?" Jack asked.

"..." Iris looked at them and thought they were dumb as just one offending a single grandmaster's daughter was rare but now three?

"... Yes," Vincent sighed.

"Are you trying to end our faction," Jack felt like crying but none could come out after finding out it would be hard to train in their location now as they would be hunted like a manhunt in the old times.

"Well it depends," Vincent asked.

"..." Iris was lost in thought after remembering her talk.

"..." Jack stayed silent.

"..." The novice assassin outside who was there to delay Iris was wondering what was happening.

"I'll just end it," Ninja said before attacking.

Unfortunately a pigeon hit her as she stumbled and fell right outside the villa and alerting the others as they came out and saw her.

"BLOB" Vincent said as soon as he saw her.

Blob came out before starting to use barrage he was stopped by Iris.

"Wait!" Iris yelled.

"..." Blob just stopped short.

"Do not kill her!" Iris pleaded.

"But she was here to kill us?" Vincent said coldly.

"But if you do you will start to kill without hesitation!" Iris tried to convince.

"Is this apart of our 'talk?' we had Iris," Vincent asked coldly.

"Talk?" Jack asked.

"Yes and if you go down this path then what about those innocent?" Iris asked with determination after seeing a side of Vincent Jack had not yet seen.

"I agree while I may not know what this 'talk' is, we should capture the assassin," Jack said.

"Tch," Vincent clicked his tongue.

They brought the assassin inside as they watched over her.

Iris looked at Vincent every now and then but sighed.
