Zheng Mu: Well, have you ever heard of the Mechanical Heavenly Court? The whole world is dumbfounded. Are you telling us that all of these are mechanical creations? ------------------------------------------------------------------------- So I might have have gone a little ham on this side project (-.-)' between the chapters being by far the shortest of anything I've translated so far, getting some really good results with my newer translation prompt, and getting caught up in wanting to read the story that felt like a great change of pace I ended up taking it pretty far. There are still some things that didn't translate properly -so far its been Final Fantasy stuff in the later portion of the translated chapters but I felt it was a really smooth read that was still fairly accurate to the raw text. I still haven't had much luck at getting the westernized names assigned to characters to remain consistent from chapter to chapter so unfortunately it still isn't where I want my translations to be but I am getting closer and closer. Please enjoy.

Chapter 22: Full Load, My AI Is the Boss

"[Blood Phoenix Seal]: Growth-type, red hero-level special equipment, originally a jade seal of an ancient kingdom in Dragon Nation, corrupted by an unknown curse and became an evil artifact. It can decompose the corpse of a deceased human target, randomly extract a skill from the target's body, and create a skill book. Untraceable when equipped. Note: Current equipment cooldown: 1 month."

Gasp!

Zheng Mu stared at the blood-red phoenix seal in his hand, unable to speak from shock, even with his mature mindset.

It could randomly extract a skill from a dead person.

This information, if disclosed, would certainly cause an uproar among Dragon Nation's professional community, even frightening professionals worldwide.

Imagine that.

The reason why A-level, S-level, and even SSS-level professionals were sought after by the world was due to their incredibly powerful skill trees.

Many of these skills possessed game-changing effects.

Once these skills could be extracted, Zheng Mu already imagined the consequences.

If he revealed this treasure's information now, he could die mysteriously in the wilderness before even entering Cloud City.

"I can't tell anyone about this thing. I have to be careful even when I'm dreaming..." he muttered.

Despite his complaints, Zheng Mu immediately equipped it.

He watched as it turned into a stream of light and entered his body.

On his status panel, the Blood Phoenix Seal appeared in the equipment slot.

Fortunately, it had the property of being untraceable when equipped, or else Zheng Mu really wouldn't know how to handle it.

He didn't feel secure keeping it in his storage backpack either.

Next was the unique skill book for his profession.

With a golden glow, a skill scroll appeared in Zheng Mu's hand.

"[Module Engraving lv1: Mechanic Unique Skill - Use this skill to apply a skill book to a mechanical creation, allowing it to use the skill. Cooldown: 7 days. Calculation capacity occupation: 100 (calculation enhancement reduces by 50%).]

[Note: This skill has a failure rate when used; the higher the engraving level of the skill, the higher the failure rate.]"

Looking at this skill, Zheng Mu couldn't help but glance at the Blood Phoenix Seal in his equipment slot on the panel.

They seemed like a perfect match.

As for the calculation capacity occupation of 200 before reduction and the possibility of failure, none of it made Zheng Mu doubt the value of this skill.

Over the past few days, although Zheng Mu had been slaughtering his way through the wilderness with his mechanical creations, he still had a significant concern.

Would his future mechanical creations be able to keep up with his growth rate?

Now, with the [Module Engraving] skill, all his worries vanished.

After leveling up to lv16, Zheng Mu's calculation capacity became 250/360.

A 100-point calculation capacity occupation was frightening, but fortunately, he could bear it.

Just as Zheng Mu learned the skill, Cloud City came into view.

Optimus Prime's reappearance reminded the soldiers checking the city gates of Zheng Mu from a few days ago.

Despite the large number of people coming and going every day, Optimus Prime's truck appearance was quite memorable.

"It looks like you've gained quite a bit this time..." the soldier said, handing Zheng Mu's ID back to him before walking towards the trailer behind Optimus Prime.

"We need to inspect this type of cargo truck."

Zheng Mu didn't object at all.

He got out of the truck and opened the cargo compartment for the soldier, revealing a load of monster materials from the Toxic Ruins, glowing and flickering with various colors.

The sight shocked the soldier responsible for checking the cargo.

"Wow, you're a rookie, and you've managed to gather so much loot?"

Zheng Mu shook his head quickly.

"Sir, I'm just responsible for transporting these materials. I couldn't have killed all these monsters myself, even if they just stood there and let me do it."

The soldier nodded, checked the cargo, and let them through without any problems.

Driving through the familiar streets of Yuntong City, Zheng Mu's excitement reached a fever pitch.

The cargo compartment of the truck, naturally, was the "Mechanical Nest" that the thousand-year-old Blood Coffin had transformed into. However, it was able to adjust its internal spatial structure according to Zheng Mu's needs. When dealing with situations like today, Zheng Mu could easily make the interior appear as a regular cargo container.

But when no one was around...

After parking in the familiar, rundown neighborhood, Zheng Mu couldn't wait to jump out of the truck and head to the back of the cargo compartment.

Upon entering, he closed the door behind him.

The next moment, with a thought, he found himself in an enormous space.

The metallic, square room was at least the size of four or five standard soccer fields, and enormous mechanical arms, which Zheng Mu couldn't comprehend, hung from the ceiling.

As soon as Zheng Mu walked in, he saw the Licker on the workbench being repaired and the T-800 that had just completed maintenance.

While Zheng Mu was admiring the space and imagining building a massive army of machines to fill it, a cold voice came from behind.

"What have you done to me?!"

Startled, Zheng Mu turned around to see the familiar figure of the Princess Hongyu, standing gracefully behind him.

Her face, which was both enchanting and exuded an air of royal nobility, was now covered in frost.

However, she didn't make any aggressive moves towards Zheng Mu.

A piece of information flashed through Zheng Mu's mind, and he quickly regained his composure. Not only that, but he also revealed a relaxed smile on his face.

"Princess, don't you already know? Why bother asking such a pointless question?"

"Although you've become the AI core of my Mechanical Nest, haven't you also escaped the restrictions of the secret realm and gained the chance to see the outside world?"

The Princess Hongyu gritted her teeth, but the warning from the heavenly rules in her mind prevented her from even considering harming Zheng Mu.

However, as she sent out her consciousness and sensed the miraculous human city outside, the Princess Hongyu couldn't help but fall silent.

Indeed, although she had to obey Zheng Mu's commands from now on, she had also gained a certain degree of freedom in some sense.
