Without an invitation from the Hero League, Heero planned to train more people in his academy.

After the battle against the Specters, he realised that the Hero League was much weaker than he thought. He had overestimated their abilities all along.

Even a group of low-ranked specters could easily crush the Hero League. Most of the gold class heroes were nonsense. They were just too weak, struggling hard against the level 5 specters.
