Avenger: Im going to take a nap to recover some magic before that skeleton comes back. Make yourself useful and keep a look out.

Matt: I really am sorry for getting you involved.

Avenger: Your apology doesn't mean anything to me nor does it help us in our current situation.

Matt: I know. But thank you anyways for keeping me alive, I really am grateful for what you are doing.

Part 2: Snowdin

Matt: I know that I might be asking a stupid question, but how is there snow here in the underground?

Avenger: The monsters have a magic core powering everything down here. Soon enough the magic affected the underground making the changes that you see now.

Matt: Are you saying that this magic core was slowly terraforming this place.

Avenger: You could say that. There are other landscapes that you will see aside from this place.

Matt: Wow, if we weren't in a life threatening situation I would enjoy the scenery.

Avenger: You would have died in the ruins by either the traps or monsters before you would get here.

Avenger: We're wasting time. Let's go find someplace safe.

Part 3: Magic

Matt: Can you teach me how to use magic?

Avenger: I'm not a magic instructor nor do I know anything about your soul trait, so the answer is no.

Matt: Them can you answer some of my questions about magic?

Avenger: I'm really questioning why your boss sent you here without any important vital information about magic. But making sure you know how magic works can help in the long run. So go ahead and ask your questions.

Matt: Do magic weapons or items exist?

Avenger: Yes, but they are extremely rare and ancient. The art of making magic weapons and items have been lost. Though there are those who can make items with special properties, they are just classified as special items.

Matt: Would the glasses count as a special item?

Avenger: Yes, while it does have Kindness magic, its abilities will only make it a special item.

Matt: You said that there is a magic core. How does it work?

Avenger: I'll spare you the scientific details, The magic core is quite literally a magic core that absorbs and spews out magic in its surrounding. The machine containing the core turns the magic into power which powers up everything.

Matt: Thank you for answering my questions.

Avenger:…I just got bored and just decided to answer your questions to pass the time.

Part 4: Monster Types

Matt: My boss told me only a little about the monster race. Can you tell me something a little more in depth about them.

Avenger: The Monster race is separated into 4 types. The elementals, anthropomorphic, supernatural and Hybrids that you can recognize by just a glance.

Matt: I think I can make a good guess on what type of monsters the talking flower and skeleton are.

Avenger: The 'talking flower' that almost killed you is an Elemental type. While that skeleton that attacked us is a Supernatural type.

Matt: Did you have to mention the part about me almost dying?

Avenger: Yes.
