Mia's Escape Plan (Part 2)

Instead of continuing to scream or fight when David was most likely still nearby, Mia preferred to remain silent until the sound of David's shouts disappeared from the area around her room. When she had made sure that her father was no longer around her door, Mia finally dared and tried to open the door once more. 

When she turned the doorknob brutally, no sound stopped her like before. This time, her room seemed to be abandoned because of the great chaos that was happening outside the house. Mia had to be able to take advantage of that opportunity to escape. More than anything, her goal was to make sure Victor or Enzo could find her as quickly as they could.

Not to mention, from her father's angry voice, Mia could tell that Victor and Enzo would not be able to survive if the two of them failed to find her quickly. Her father had planned from the start to kill those closest to Mia. This attack might just be considered a good opportunity to eliminate them all.
