26 Chapter 26- Puerto Princesa

"Miss, give me one more bottle of wine." A beautiful blond woman on her 20's shouted while looking at the flight attendant with an earnest face.

"No." Marie rejected as a dazzling smile appeared on her face.

After teasing him for an hour, Marie was exhausted and slept, while Jack looks at the window as a genuine smile appeared on his face. He isn't aware that his emotion was returning due to warm that the people gave to him, but he only knows that he cared for them as he silently swore to protect them.

After a few hours, a flight attendant appeared in front of them as she said. "Please, fasten your seatbelt."

"Okay." Marie and Jack nodded as they fasten their seatbelt, they know that they are about to land on their destination so following the rules was good.

Arriving at the island of Puerto Princesa, Jack, and Marie came outside the airport. Jack spotted two military soldiers wearing a black uniform with a symbol of a python coiled in a shield when the soldiers notice them they approach us as they salute on us with respect.

Jack was confused, but Marie acted normal as she was already familiar with this formality. Looking at his face, Marie thought that it was funny. "Jack, these soldiers are your father subordinate, so it was not strange that they are respectful to us."

Jack nodded and didn't think any further as he followed Marie and the soldiers.

"How's the situation?" Marie asks the leader who was leading them.

"We don't have any progress yet, Miss Marie." The man has black hair with brown skin, looking at him you can guess that he was local in this country.

"Any news about those who already entered the cave?"

The man looks at her and said. "Miss Marie, more than a month has passed we still don't have news about them, so we concluded that they died inside the cave."

"And Miss Marie, can I ask if young master will also enter the cave with you?"

"Come with me I will guide you to the Yacht that we will use to go in the island where the cave is."

Jack nodded as he followed Rex, he glances at Marie and sighs. "Why is she acting like a kid."
