“Besides which, even if you take his person you can’t force him to build something for you.” Rada crossed one leg over the other. “You can lock him in a cell for the rest of his life, but you can’t just…you can’t compel creation like that.” She looked up at the ceiling, as though searching for a way to phrase what she wanted to say. “It’s like…look. Lennon creates what he creates, the way that he creates it, because of the way that he looks at the world. That’s part of him. It’s hard wired. You can’t just take someone who makes lifesaving devices and have them suddenly try to inflict pain. It doesn’t work like that.”
