Chapter 3:The Conversation

While still in his thoughts Samantha walked in and asked if he needed anything else to which he said no and quickly went back to his work.

On her new desk Becky attracted a string of male employees who couldn't help but throw her endless compliments,flirt and even dare ask her out.

Becky politely turned them down one by one but all hope was not lost as some kept lingering around.

From his office on third floor Alec could see men swarming around Becky like a moth drawn to a flame.After all even he couldn't deny it,Becky Johns was a stunning young woman with a body to die for but above alm it was her manners at his office that caught his attention.

Irritated by the sight of womanizers distracting his new employee,Alec called in Samantha to call Becky up to his office.

How are you finding the company?are the workers here treating you well or harassing you?Alec keenly asked Becky this questions to see if any of the men he saw surrounding her earlier on was making her uncomfortable.

I love the office atmosphere and work pace also the workers are really nice to me.Very well then shall I see the press release I asked you to draft me and please have a sit while am it ,I like to be thorough with work.

As Alec went through the report carefully sering no mistake he noticed Becky's apprehension and asked her,are you getting impatient or perhaps to meet a lover?

Not at all sir it getting dark and I fear for mu safety,on my way back home as for a lover I do not have one.

Alec let out a loud chuckle and dropped the papers on the table.You mean to say the office magnet that caught the men's attention today has no boyfriend. I do not believe that miss John's.

It's true sir I have never been with a man before Becky carelessly blurted out before realising what she said.

A cool silence took over the room as Alec stared surprisingly at the young gorgeous and undeniably attractive woman across him.You mean to say in this day and age your still chaste?how is that possible ?do you live under a rock?

All these questions made Becky feel very odd but she managed an answer. Yes I have never had sex in this day and age and am in no rush.

Alec was surprised at the revelation as he stared and and for a moment imagined her naked.
