Around two hours passed when Selia finally opened her eyes, I hugged her the whole time, not the least perturbed, in fact I was glad of finally being able to hold her in a quiet moment... these last two months had been a haze of doing so much stuff that I barely could catch a breath.
This two hours of wait was like a bliss compared to the high tension situations of having to sneak past sentries, fight against strong foes or scheme against underworld organizations.
If this was his reward for doing all this for two months, he would already be happy.
He knew that just living a peaceful life in this world was impossible, there were so many ways for the world to end that it meant he would have to get involved wether he liked or not.
But if he could have Selia with him along this long fight, he felt it would still be worth it!
Now they would be able to catch some time to improve on them selves away from too many dangerous situations, it would be ideal to only come clean to the world after they had set up their own faction or grown much stronger.
He planned to meet his party in Stormwind and then go to Karazhan, the tower of the Last Guardian, Medievh, there they could grow up and improve until the time for major events they could participate would happen.
Now that Selia had successfully synchronized her Soul and Spirit, he let the System do its job and reform her body, and just like him she became a shinny silver, I swear I felt my heartbeat go faster after seeing her become even more gorgeous, her hair would now reflect a rainbow glow when the sun hit ot at the right angle, and her eyes were a deep golden with light purple.
Indeed, I hadn't even seen how much I myself had changed in the looks department, its not like mirrors were common or that I had time to be that vain.
We looked now pretty similar, I had grown to almost four meters in length and she was now just shy of three meters, the growth of dragons was such that they would grow until around five to seven meter rapidly and then slow down the growth process to a crawl. Centuries were needed to grow even a meter after that growth spurt, and it usually also meant that they had matured into an adult dragon.
The growth process of dragons was: An egg who could take a long or short time to hatch, it was a bit random outside of the sure ways to bring them to hatch. After that the whelp phase would take around two to five years, the growth also depends on the individual. After at most five years the whelp will have grown into a small drake, this is where the growth spurt happens, they will grow rapidly in a span of a couple of years, before they are twenty they usually are several meters long, only after this growth spurt will they be able to lay eggs and being to mature into a wyrm.
Becoming a wyrm means their muscles and scales would strengthen, their magical abilities such as dragonbreath or dragonflight abilities would soar, dragons which lived for thousands of years are very hardy and strong.
I didn't know our age, not only I had only part of the recent memories of my body but also we were aged magically... It would be hard to celebrate birthdays.
I suspected that our bodies current age was between ten to fifteen years, as for mental age... that was even harder to say for Selia, I had my memories from my past life and knew the chronological time of experiences I had... Selia on the other hand had many years of experience jumbled up into a small amount of time and still had to face the serious personality disorder and the whispers of the Old Gods...
She would still act curious and reckless even with her knowledge being able to rival a middle aged mage... she was also mature when it came to more serious manners, I had simply given up the calculation of her mental age, as long as our relationship stayed healthy I would rather shy away from such question...
Now it was time to pack up and leave for the South, to the kingdom of Stormwind!

In the woods in the Northlands, there was a settlement full of hardy people, they migrated to Northrend many generations ago, either because of the wars or because they were exiled.
This small town was the one most to the north of all human settlements, the lands of Northrend were cold and snowy most of the year, but they were also abundant due to the small mount of exploration done to these untamed woods and the many frozen lakes and rivers.
They would usually give their all before the season of blizzards begin, they would hunt and fish their food and take as much lumber as they could, some of it would stay in the town to warm houses and repair buildings, but most of it would go south, to the more populated regions of Northrend, it was like this every year...
But this year's lumber shipment had not arrived... In fact the whole region had not sent a word in many months.
Last week a weird creature was sighted coming from the north, it looked human... but it was irrational and unnatural, its flesh was rotten and its bones were showing and instead of eyes it had a blue fire glowing inside its eye sockets. The thing was... a human once.
