706 God's Wrath
"DIR!"
Surtr brings his front claw down on Saeko, but her form blurs as she leaps upwards and lands on the surprisingly solid ephemeral wing. She slices down at it but finds the substance almost too difficult to cut, for Kusunagi at least.
"SHEHAI!" she shouts, summoning her soul-blade and running across the dragon's limb, stopping when she reaches the back of its neck and stabbing downwards towards the actual immobile body of Surtr within it.
*CRAACKKKKKKKKK!*
It pierces, but just as she starts to penetrate, the world around her slows... Three Psijic Monks appear and surround her.
"We can not allow you to kill-" one starts but is interrupted as Saeko's form bursts into smoke, Tsunade appearing in her place and immediately planting a punch in a monk's nose, literally causing his head to explode into a cloud of red mist.
"Keep talking you damn fools! It makes you easier targets!" Tsunade exclaims, trying to keep herself from grimacing at the blood she'd just shed.
Before the monks are able to trap her in a time bubble however, she swaps out once more... This time with Mikasa, who bites down onto her hand...
*CRACCCKOOWWW!!!*
A crack of lightning announces the arrival of her titan, the humongous giant planting both feet on Surtr's Dragon Aspect, causing it to strain under its sheer weight. The explosion of its appearance had also instantly killed the monks, sending their mauled bodies skipping across the burnt ground and losing body parts as they spun.
"AAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Mikasa's titan roars as it thrusts a giant claw down at the Dragon Aspect's head.
It shifts its weight to avoid the attack, causing Mikasa to stumble, but Eren runs into the battle in his own titan, soccer kicking the dragon in the face and causing its head to burst into a cloud of energy.
Eren then falls over, of course, the sudden disappearance of his target causing his momentum to pull off in one direction.
From an outsider's perspective this would look like a complete and utter beatdown. Like a punch of roided-out adults all kicking the shit out of a toddler.
Surtr wasn't quite ready to give up however.
"I AM THE FUCKING DRAGONBORN! KNEEEL BEFORE ME!" he screams as his Dragon Aspect bubbles and grows, standing on its hind legs and roaring to the sky as its size rapidly approaches Mikasa's titan.
Once it reaches almost seventy meters tall, it's now glowing red eyes glare down at its opponents before letting out a roar, "YOOOLLLL AAAGGGGG AALLLLL!!!!!"
A wave of fire matching the size of Winterhold's new walls bursts from its maw, but before it can do any real damage Rubick interjects. "Don't mind if I do-oo! SPELL STEAL! YOL AG AL!"
An identical wall of fire clashes with Surtr's, the amount and intensity even despite the clear disparity of power between Surtr and Rubick.
Mikasa and Eren interrupt this by both grabbing the giant dragon's neck and pulling it to the ground with a huge crash.
Saeko then leaps over, casting Amaterasu on her soul-blade before plunging it into the Dragon Aspect's chest, towards where Surtr's true body lay. "TSUNADE!" she shouts when she realises it wouldn't pierce deep enough.
The Sannin responds, jumping from up high and slamming a Chakra-empowered heel into the pommel of the katana-shaped soul-blade.
*CRASH!*
The sword shoots down through the energy like a bullet through ballistic gel. Its trajectory was true, but by the time it reached Surtr it only penetrated a couple inches into his skin... Fortunately, the black fire remained.
"AARRRRGGGHKKKKKAHHHHHHHRRRGHHHHHHHHGAAAARRRGGGGHHHHHH!!!" The last Dragonborn suddenly starts screaming as black fire spreads across his body, his Dragon Aspect fades away into nothing, leaving him screaming and rolling around on the ground as his flesh burns and blisters.
The onslaught had paused, almost everyone looking over at the pitiful sight of the 'proud' Emperor.
Mikasa and Eren exit the napes of their titans and join the others to watch the scene, Eren visibly grimacing at the sight.
"S-shouldn't we finish him off?" he questions.
"We should..." Tsunade agrees, not one for extending torment.
Saeko folds her arms and shakes her head however, "Let him burn, he deserves it for all he's done."
*Shiiing!*
A Dimension Gate opens up beside the group, allowing Michael to step through, his body visibly thrumming with power. "Man! I'd forgotten how much of a buzz this is!" he excitedly remarks. Unbeknownst to him, the death of Azura meant the acquisition of her Concepts... Meaning... Dusk... and Beauty...
"Take me, right here and now." Saeko huskily demands as she marches over to him. Her bloodlust had been stated, but her other needs had not yet been met.
"Chill out... Later." he pushes her face away with his palm, wanting Tiffania to be involved with their first sexual escapade.
He spots Surtr rolling on the floor screaming not far away, "Heh, not so hot now are you!?"
"That doesn't work here..." Eren retorts.
...
"Fine... Er, Dragon!? More like draggin my nu-"
"Are you kid!?" Eren exclaims before looking to Mikasa, "Can you believe that this is-, oi! Mikasa!" he cries out, realising that she'd been charmed like Saeko had.
"Can you just put him out of his misery already?" Tsunade pleads.
Michael walks and stands over Surtr, "You're looking like grilled meat with a fresh side of Anakin... Was it worth it, Surtr?" he asks, jabbing the still somehow burning with his foot.
"I'LL KILLL YOU ALLLLL!!!"
"No, no, say 'I HATTEE YOUUUU'..."
"AAARRRGGHHHHH!!!!"
"Eh, whatever, boring guy... 'Least I can try out my new spell... THUNDERGOD'S WRATH!" he suddenly shouts and thrusts his hand up at the sky.
*CCCRRRAAAAACCCCKKKKOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!*
A blast of godly lightning fires upwards and immediately into millions, maybe even billions of individual lightning bolts. They spread through the air, some landing directly onto of the few troops of Surtr's army that'd somehow survived til now, while most others headed off to god-knows-where to smite his unseen enemies.
Michael checks his book and his brows shoot to his hairline at the EXP counter rapidly rising before his eyes... Huh, he didn't actually think he had THIS many enemies...
