Apple of Their Eyes

Slender and refine,her dark almond eyes sparkling, brown wavy hair cascading down her back, Belle joined the small crowd in the dining room. The elderly couple saw her and exclaimed, " Our baby girl is here! Everyone turned and saw the young beautiful girl wearing a wispy pink dress coming towards them. She just simply lighted up the room with her presence. Her soft fragrance drifted along with her, as she bent low to kiss her parents and gave them both a warm hug. The man in the corner gazed narrowly at her, his eyes black and fiercely handsome. His parents glanced at him, his mom reached for his hand and said, " Luke dear son, come meet your sister Belle ." Silence fell across the room as Belle adamantly approached him and kissed him on his left cheek, her long soft hair drifting across her shoulders "Welcome home, big brother Luke."
