Now that's dealt with let's continue on to the Capital (3)

A lot of thoughts pass through Ezekiel's head as he sees a fiery red light in front of him. He was thinking if they could survive this attack? Can his father truly be saved from the consequences of his actions? Are Sir Zero and Young Master Xarth already on their way here?

Amoth's mouth started to open up, he was ready to erase the existence of the 4 humans in front of him.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!

He shot out three dangerous red magma stream in a straight line like a laser beam would, Three of the red magma was directed at the 4 vulnerable humans. Though unexpectedly the Blue barrier that overlapped the white shield is still standing its ground as what a High-grade Barrier would be expected to do. It Was a Lvl. 7 Water barrier created by Lex the Quintaple Magician.

There are 7 elements of magic Water, Fire, Wind, Wood, Earth, Light, and Thunder. Elemental Spells can range up to 10 levels but there are only a few who can cast to that level as it takes effort, constant practice, and talent to reach that kind of aptitude. One of that people was Leina Clofor The very first female to be titled as 'Archmage' in the Southern Continent. But either way, if you're able to cast an Elemental spell to the aptitude of Lvl 7 you can be considered an outstanding individual as it is also hard to reach that kind of peak.

Like Lex a 19 years old commoner. A male student in one of the sectors of the Magic Academy in the capital of the Messiah Kingdom. He was someone who Graduated at the top of all the other students may it be a noble or a commoner. He was also one of the few known Quintaple magicians in the Whole Continent. He was young, intelligent, kind, charismatic, a goofball, and one of the most promising youths that have emerged in the year 324. Lex was a capable man he can use Water, Fire, Wind, Wood, and Earth basically 5 out of the 7 elements. That is something that can't be attained easily. Born from the Wolford village in Baron Kyron's Territory who grew up with a pretty normal and loving family, he had never felt despair and sorrow in his entire life. Not until a group of unknown people robbed him of something of importance...It was what's written in the novel regarding the young magician furthermore than that was unknown as the author didn't explain further regarding his past...

But still, the barrier made out of a Lvl 7 water barrier was slowly being dissipated by the extreme heat of Amoth's blow. The people behind were worried for their beings as they see the red magma stream right in front of them only a few inches away. The water barrier quickly evaporated leaving a stream of smokes in the air, Ezekiel swiftly spouts another short foreign word. The white glow from the shield materialized into a spherical dome that housed the four men. Surprisingly it reflected Amoth's attack, they were, for now, safe from the blow. They were quite relieved to have made it through such a scary experience, fighting a creature of that size that was known to roam from the past where the Continent was still shrouded in darkness and chaos. Was something that they couldn't even fathom.

Either way, They were still in a middle of a battlefield they can't carelessly relax yet. As Amoth was furious at what the outcome has resulted, he pressed his Sharp claws at the four men currently inside the spherical dome made by Ezekiel's shield. It was still withstanding onto the weight of Amoth's dragon's claws, but the one who was making the effort to keep it still was none other than Ezekiel. He felt like he was some sort of insect being squashed by a piece of rock, Ezekiel was seriously ready to let it go at that moment as he feels the pressure promptly crushing him.

Suddenly a man's voice echoed from the outward side of the sphere.

"AMOTH!"

A yell resonated throughout the wide area of space they were currently battling on. It was Zero he has completely recovered as they can see him bolting his way towards them with a pretty ferocious glare. Following him was none other than Xarth who was currently having a hard time breathing as they have run all the way from the end corner of the room.

Xarth quickly catches his breath, he saw Zero move at an abnormal speed at Amoth with his Blade glowing Bright Red.

'Yup...he's the Mc alright.'

Zero yelled 'Blood Wave' A red blood-like shock wave clashes against Amoth's dragon claws leaving a mark on its black scales.

'TAKE THAT VILE CREATURE!! KEKEKEKE!!' the Druken blade laughed maniacally at Amoth who was bleeding from that attack.

Amoth roared as he felt that attack, he swiftly shifted his body and used his tail to smash Zero.

As Zero saw this incoming attack he immediately changes his trajectory to go under Amoth's body, He successfully dodges Amoth's tail. Yet that was the wrong move he made.

'That Dumbass!' Xarth pondered this as Zero made an idiotic move. While he was quickly running to regroup with the others.

Amoth let out a roar as if it was snickering at Zero, He used one of his sharp and large claws to smash the human underneath his body. Zero unable to detect this instantly yelled 'Blood Field' a red blood-like light flew at the speed of sound at the large monster currently about to stomp his claws.

A red dome engulfed Amoth again making him unable to move once more,

Zero let out a sigh and quickly moved out of underneath Amoth's body. He hastily ran towards the group of people observing his actions from afar.

"Are you guys alright?" Zero casually asked as he holds onto the Drunken Blade still glowing brightly.

Everyone blankly looked at the man asking if they were alright. Someone chimed in at that moment.

"Idiot! We should be the one asking that!" It was Lex.

"..." Zero just stayed silent as he doesn't know how to respond to that.

Harold let out a sigh, he approached Zero "It seems like you're already fully recovered. That's my little brother for you~" he hurriedly waltzed his way towards Xarth as he happily stated. Harold started to put on a smile on his face while wrapping his arms around Xarth.

"Hey! Stop it." Xarth complained, "This is not the time to do this!" he added as he pushes Harold's body because he was embarrassed about his behavior.

Someone step in at that moment and placed his hands at the shoulders of the two men currently fooling around. "He's right Young Master Harold it's not the right time." It was the Duke he looks cold as ice.

Harold saw this and instantly unwrapped his arms around Xarth.

Xarth lightly stretches his shoulder as he feels it stiff 'What is with these people continuously holding onto my shoulders!? Hey author! Do you have some kind of touching shoulders fetish?'

"Your right Father, We have to move quickly." Ezekiel looked at everyone specifically at one person. "Sir Zero can you use the 'Mirror of Adea'?" He asked as it was the only last resort.

Zero took the 'Mirror of Adea' out of his pocket. "Hey 'Mirror of Adea' how can I use you?" Zero asked as he looks straight at the Divine Artifact.

...

But it didn't respond, Zero furrowed his brows as he was confused and bitter at the Divine artifact not responding to his calling. He swiftly looked at his employer which was Xarth.

Xarth made eye contact with Zero. He started to frown at the sight in front of him because Zero's black eyes were shining brightly directed right at him. 'Are you telling that I'm the one who's supposed to talk with it!? That's your goddamn problem, don't pull me in it!' He annoyedly thought this to himself. As Xarth quickly averted his gaze from Zero as he sees him as a nuisance.

But it did not stop there, Zero crept his way towards Xarth and quietly asked him something significant. "Xarth-nim...What am I supposed to do the 'Mirror of Adea' ain't responding to me?"

Xarth let out a sigh. "Shouldn't you use your Black Aura?" he simply replied as this was the very thing that destroyed Amoth.

In the novel the battle between Amoth and Zero was quite one-sided, he annihilated Amoth using the Druken blade accompanied by the Black Aura or Ebony Arts that he's currently not using right now. For a fact, most of the battles he fought, ended with monsters completely obliterated. Why? It's because he'd used the Black Aura in those fights. As you can already tell the Ebony Arts is something really relevant to the Main storyline as this was the Mc's Source of power or you could say his cheat item after transferring in this Magical World.

"H-How did you know that!?" Zero stuttered as he asked that question.

'Sh*t'

"Ah...Well," Xarth lightly chuckled "I saw you use it when you were fighting the Blue Serpent in the underground cave."

"Oh Okay..." Zero stared at Xarth while having an indifferent look on his face.

"Hey! Why are you staring at me?" Xarth flusteredly asked while covering his face.

"I was just thinking that you're quite perceptive."

"Wha-"

"Young Master Xarth, What are you two whispering there about?" The Duke asked as they were talking quietly, which was quite suspicious from the point of view of others.

Zero turned his body towards the Duke. "It was nothing Duke."

*CRACK!

Everyone's eyes headed towards where they had heard the crack. The Red dome made by the Druken blade surrounding Amoth started to collapse. Fragments of the red glass of the dome swiftly fell to the ground.

*GNAARRRRRR!

Amoth let out a roar yet again. Everyone quickly positioned themselves, a Violet powerful Aura started to surge out of the Duke's priced Sword.

Ezekiel looked at his father releasing his Aura, 'His highness would likely be alerted right now.' he thought this as he just stared at his father.

'Violet Aura'

This aura is likely generated through people that have successfully mastered controlling one's mind, they sometimes come across as eccentric but generally attract positive attention from others. Peer pressure doesn't affect them at all as they don't care what others think about them. Viole aura can be attained by a masterful understanding of the flow of the physical world and a heightened capacity for intuitive thinking, which can only be mastered for a really long time. This Aura is the rarest of them all.

Zero took a deep breath, he was now going to use 'Ebony Arts' in front of these people. He started mumbling some unknown words, he placed two of his fingers at the Druken blade and ran it across until at the tip of it.

A Black ominous Aura started to burst out of the Sword, Everyone felt an unidentified pressure from behind their backs. They quickly looked back to see Zero holding onto the Druken blade with the Sinister black Aura coming out if. All of them felt the pressure it gives off.

'Wha-what's this!? I'm being crushed.' The Duke pondered this as he holds onto his priced sword.

'Sir Zero!!' Harold's eyes were currently wide at that moment.

Everybody was stunned by the aura that keeps on pressing its weight against them.

"I'll destroy Amoth this time!" Zero screamed as he rapidly kicked off the ground to swing his Aura at Amoth.

*GNAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRR!!

Amoth was definitely feeling the pressure from it, It was like he was in front of his Liege the Demon King Vonis.

Zero jumped in the air, he held the Drunken blade tightly and positioned it right at the middle lion head of Amoth. He was determined to impale his head with his sword. Unexpectedly...

*BOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!

A loud explosion appeared out of nowhere causing another black smokescreen overshadowing the wide room. Everyone was lost in the midst of the smoke.

'Shit! Amoth used his other skill.' Xarth remembered it.

'Black fog' A skill that Amoth can only activate if he were to flee the scenes. It's one of the forbidden magic in the Whole Continent 'Black Magic' is what the demon race has brought from their Land to conquer the Continents like in those times of 'The Age of Calamity'.

"Soleis!!!" Xarth screamed calling for the light Elemental.

'Yes, Art!?'

"Quickly cast 'Flash', Enough to brighten the whole room!!"

'Got it!' Soleis swiftly flew upwards and cast 'Flash'.

*SHIINNNNGGGGGG

The whole room quickly glowed as if they were under the sun. As Soleis did this. It made an opportunity for Xarth to see the silhouette of everyone inside the room. He saw a large Shadow from the corner of the room and instantly dashed his way towards it. It was Amoth he was currently smashing the door with his sharp claws planning to escape. Because of the overwhelming Aura, he felt from Zero.

'Please, tell me that it's still on the same spot where the novel had described it!' Xarth anxiously thought this to himself.

Amoth's back was turned it was solely focused on escaping as he didn't notice Xarth from behind.

Xarth focused his gaze and looked at Amoth's three napes searching for something significant to end it all.

'I can't see it here! How am I supposed to get up there!?'

"Soleis!!" Xarth screamed once more.

'Yes!?'

"Can you make me fly!?" Xarth immediately asked as the Iron door is slowly collapsing from every impact of Amoth's claws.

'I can't! I'm not a Wind Elemental!'

'Use your own Magic Xarth, I know you can do it.'

"How!?"

'Imagine the flow of the mana from your mana core and shape it to what you desire.'

Xarth took a deep breath before he closed his eyes, he focused his mind solely on the middle part of his body where the mana core can be located. At that moment he could feel his organs functioning, the flow of blood through his pulmonic valve can be clearly felt. He tried to adjust the flow of mana from his Mana core but still, it won't move the way he wants it to.

'This is hard!! Sh*t at this point Amoth will escape.'

He squeezes every ounce of his concentration to coordinate the mana inside his mana core.

'WIND! WIND! WIND! USE WIND MAGIC!!'

'IMAGE MYSELF RIDING THE WIND!! PLEASE!!'

Xarth was trying so hard to put a stop to Amoth. Why?

It's because he doesn't want it to go into a rampage inside the 'City of Life' Clona as there are thousands of people right now. Currently sleeping inside their homes unaware of this nightmare crawling its way to their beds.

'MOVE!!! PLEASE!!'

Miraculously the mana inside Xarth moved as he just instructed, it quickly flowed towards his fingertips. he could feel the wind underneath his feet carrying him. He was floating in the air he swiftly concentrated and aimed right at Amoth's nape.

'GO!'

The wind steadily carried Xarth's body toward Amoth, He promptly observed three of Amoth's nape. He could clearly see a sword buried right in the middle of Amoth's lion nape.

Xarth flew closer and brought out his Spatial bag with the spare sword he had gotten from the Red Claws' members. He then again focused his mind on his mana core. Xarth was thinking of surrounding the sword with a gust of winds to fully impale the sword currently on Amoth's nape to its heart.

'GUST OF WINDS!'

A Strong breeze started circulating the spare sword that Xarth is currently holding on to. He quickly controlled the Gust of winds on the sword and steered it right at Amoth's nape.

*Cough *Cough

A red substance came out of Xarth's mouth. He was coughing up a large amount of blood.

'F*ck, I feel my insides being twisted. Why the hell do I have to go through something like this!?' He angrily pondered this as Xarth really hate the feeling of being in pain.

"GO!!!" Xarth screamed as continuous streams of blood flowed out of his mouth.

The sword covered with strong gust of winds rushed at Amoth's nape.

*SWOOSHHHH!!

*BOOOOMMMMMM!!

A loud explosion could be heard, the sword that was covered with strong winds had directly impacted the sword stuck on Amoth's nape. Resulting in burying the sword deep within its body piercing his heart. It was clearly a gamble as Xarth could not have reached Amoth's core with little knowledge regarding magic. He was quite lucky to have the outcome he had planned.

*GNAARRRRRRRRRR!!

Amoth started to shriek in pain, he clearly felt the damage Xarth has caused. The blade pierced right into its heart making him unable to breathe anymore. Amoth's large body slowly started to dissolve into black smokes, Leaving a large Blue gem on the ground. He disappeared as if he was just an illusion.

The smoke in the wide room slowly disappears...

Everyone's eyes were glued right on one person. His Clothes has small cuts on them, Bloodstain can be clearly seen as he was wearing a white shirt, his Bright Platinum Hair flutter from the winds currently surrounding him, and his deep blue eyes looking down at them from high above the ground. It was like he was looking directly at your soul by how captivating they were. It was quite a scene to behold.

'Ha...Now that's dealt with...let's continue on to the Capital...' Xarth thought this to himself as he slowly descends.

To be continued...
