Un-Solo Leveling

This is my new fan-fiction work. A story of someone who gets a chance to reincarnate into the world of Solo Leveling. It's an alternate universe where Jin Woo's decision to reverse the time ended up badly for the Earth's future so he needs to fix it, but he needs someone's help. A young man's soul is chosen to help him save the Earth by going to the past. The young man receives the power to grow stronger in the world where Awakeners can't get stronger after their awakening, just like Sung Jin Woo, but not really the same. With his power, he is determined to keep getting stronger and protect the Earth. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ I have uploaded up to +30 chapters in my Patreon page. 56. Strongest Hunters

The meeting starts with a few formalities that aren't too long because they are in an urgent situation. Then they start talking about the strategy to raid the S-Rank dungeon. They've made a strategy after knowing the number of hunters joining this raid and their classes.

"Our strategy is to divide everyone into standard raid teams' compositions to make it easier for you to move. Being in a big group will hinder your mobilities and it will be harder to lead. However, we have a slight problem, which is the number of Healers in this raid. There are only 5 S-Rank Healers among all 143 Hunters that will participate. Our ideal raid teams are composed of 10 Hunter in each team and there should be 1 Healer in every team. So we'll need at least 14 Healers to make ideal raid teams."

While people from different countries have different opinions about that ideal raid team compositions, they agree that there are too few Healers. Even if they are S-Ranks, 5 Healers are still too few to assist 138 Hunters.

"With that reason, we will also send 18 A-Rank Healers into the raid. There will be 14 teams in total. 5 teams will have an S-Rank Healer each and the other 9 will have 2 A-Rank Healers each."

It surely is better to have more Healers even if they are A-Ranks. 2 A-Rank Healers still can't be compared to an S-Rank Healer, but they still can save the S-Rank Hunters' lives. A-Rank Healers already have the power to regenerate limbs, after all, so they surely are important.

"Aside from 5 S-Rank Healers, there are 21 Mages with different magic types, 39 Tanks, 56 Melee Fighters with different specialties, 12 Archers, and 10 Assassins. We have assigned everyone into 14 groups that you can see on the tablet screens in front of you."

Everyone looks at the tablets on their desks. The screens suddenly show lists of groups that they can check. Indra quickly looks for his group and sees that he is in the same group as his sister. Maybe they are being considerate of him and his sister.

But it surely helps him a lot because now it will be easier to protect his sister. He was about to complain if he and his sister were separated. Well, maybe he won't even need to do that because his sister will throw a tantrum first.

His team has 11 members including them. There are 3 Tanks, 4 Melee Fighters other than Dewi, a Mage, and an Archer. They don't have any assassins. The Melee Fighters are 2 Swordsmen, an Axe user, and a Brawler while the Mage is a Fire Mage, which is the most common magic type.

Surprisingly, one of the Melee Fighters is actually Sung Il Hwan. Indra remembers that Il Hwan should be a speed type Fighter that uses a pair of daggers like Jin Woo. Maybe he is the reason they don't need to have an assassin type hunter in their team.

'This is great. Now it will be easier to talk to him as we are in the same team.'

After that, the meeting continues. They talk about the teams' positions during the raid now. The teams will switch positions if needed like when the ones in the front get too much damage so they can retreat and heal.

The 5 teams with S-Rank Healers will be at the front. Andre and Reed are in the same team that also in the front. They will be in the middle while Indra's team is on the most left of the front row. When Indra checks the front row team, he realizes they have more melee fighters and tanks as each team only has a Mage and an Archer.

Liu Zhigang and the other top S-Ranks are also in the front row teams. Indra guesses that the Federal Hunter Bureau has checked everyone's raid records to know their levels because they can't truly know everyone's real power as the magic measurement device can't measure their total magic power.

After that, they talk about more details like the raid schedule, equipment that will be provided by the Federal Hunter Bureau, and even supplies in case the raid will take a long time. Each team is also provided with an A-Rank porter to carry spare equipment and their supplies.

The raid will start in 2 days. Tomorrow they will get their equipment and they can also talk with their team members to know each other better even a little before the raid. They can also discuss their team members' positions in their teams.

The next day, most teams gather during breakfast time. They don't have much time, so it's better to talk as quickly as possible. Everyone is accompanied by their assistants who also act as their translators.

"So, what should we do?"

Il Hwan starts the conversation after everyone finishes their meal.

"First, let's introduce ourselves. I'm Indra Smith, a Healer."

"My name is Dewi Smith, Indra's older sister. I'm a fighter. My weapon is my body."

Dewi introduces herself while throwing some fake punches.

"Sung Il Hwan, I use short swords."

The others also introduce themselves in a similar fashion. After that, they start discussing who will lead the team. It's a difficult topic for most teams because all of them are usually raid team leaders because they are the strongest in their Guilds, but now everyone has the same rank.

Luckily, Indra's team takes it easy and just chooses Indra as the team leader. He is their only Healer and the core of their team. Tanks are usually the ideal leaders because they are the ones facing the enemies directly, but they don't want to argue by choosing one of the 3 Tanks.

"Alright then, I'll lead the team, but don't hesitate to voice your opinions even during the raid. Always tell me if you have some problems during the raid because I'm sure it will be chaotic, so we won't know what you need if you stay silent."

""Understood.""

"Now, how about we do some after meal exercises? I want to know everyone's fighting styles so I can give you the correct buffs and we can decide on our positions in the raid after knowing each other's style."

They agree and quickly go to the empty street outside. Some other teams also have the same idea, so they need to find an empty spot. After finding a good spot, they start their exercises which are sparring with each other.

It's easier to know how they fight by fighting even if it's just a spar. Indra pairs them. A tank with a fighter, so 3 Tanks against 3 fighters. The other 2 fighters will fight against each other. As for the Mage and Archer, they will just show their skills.

The 2 fighters that will face each other are Dewi and Il Hwan. Indra purposely pairs them because they can only show their real power like that. Other team members won't be able to handle any of them, after all.

To avoid damaging their surroundings, Indra creates a barrier dome. It attracts everyone's attention, including the other teams and also the people from the Federal Hunter Bureau. Barrier skill is very rare, after all, so their reactions are understandable.

"How strong is your barrier, kid? Ah, can I call you kid? You are about the same age as my son, after all."

Il Hwan seems very curious about the barrier.

"No problem, I am the youngest of all the people here, after all. If you want to know, how about you try hitting my barrier?"

"Oh? Then I won't hold back."

However, right when Il Hwan finishes his sentence, they suddenly hear a very loud booming sound and the barrier shakes. Everyone looks at the source of the sound and sees a big tall muscular man with blonde hair that wears a hawaiian shirt's fist touching the barrier from outside.

The one who punches the barrier is none other than Thomas Andre. He saw the barrier suddenly appear and couldn't hold back to attack it. But it's clear from his expression that he is very surprised that the barrier doesn't even crack and only gets shaken by his punch.

"What the hell man? You surprised us."

Indra removes the barrier and talks to Andre with an annoyed tone.

"HAHAHA! Sorry, sorry, I just couldn't hold back my impulse. This is my first time seeing a Barrier Magic. Not to mention it's made by an S-Rank. That was an impressive barrier. I didn't use my full power, but to think that it only shakes, I'm very impressed."

Andre approaches Indra with a big grin on his face. Then he suddenly offers a handshake to Indra.

"Thomas Andre, Scavenger Guild."

Indra sighs and smiles as he takes Andre's hand.

"Indra Smith, haven't made my Guild yet."
