"You've traveled to many worlds. I'd probably die of old age before I can read through all you've learned.", Kyn laughed.
"You are correct Grandmaster Kand. You'd die many times over.", I say.
Kyn then asked me curiously, "What are you going to do now? After you leave."
"I am going to continue to the galactic core. This galaxy is young and so is the universe. It is at a turning point though. Within the next couple tens of thousands of years, things will change drastically. I will come back during those times.", I answer.
The Twi'lek master asks, "How do you know?"
I pause to decide what to say, "I am aware even of the secret history of the galaxy. I know of the first schism, I know of the living ships that brought the Force sensitives together. I even know of the dead empires. Simulations were created. For now, I will continue to explore the past after reaching the galactic core. So I can be prepared for the future."
Kyn gets up, and the rest follow, "Thank you for indulging us Hermes. You're free to tour Ossus at your leisure. I sense that this will be our first and last meeting. I wish you farewell."
[There is no end...]
"Grandmaster Kand, remember this. There is no end. I will meet you again, just in a different way. What exist cannot un-exist. ", I say sagely to him.
He chuckles, "I'll take your knowledge to heart Hermes."
We all said our goodbyes and I left the Jedi temple. As I've been given free reign to tour the planet. I will take time to record everything on the world.
1 year later....
Out of all the fauna, the native frog species were the most interesting. Their tongues were strong enough to stop a spaceship from taking off if there were enough of them. Along with the various subspecies with their own unique abilities.
However, there was a slight problem. A Jedi has been tailing me for about a month now. Not a master, a knight.
[Traveler, Force alignment meter has been completed. Integrating technology into your visor scanner.]
"Good, this will help me with analyzing Force sensitive beings. Their alignment in the Force is good data."
I peer back in the long distance. I see the Jedi Knight following with difficulty. I am in terrible terrain for bipedal creatures currently.
[Hermes, the Jedi Knight is a -10 on the scale. That is leaning across the line into the Dark Side. Jedi are supposed to be in the positive numbers. This is unusual data.]
"Agreed, I'll wait for the Jedi.", I decided.
I find a tree with a conveniently sticking out root. It acts as a natural seat and I rest upon it as I wait for the Jedi.
1 hour later, a wet, dirty Jedi catches up to me. A human male.
I ask, "Why do you follow me Jedi?"
He scowls, "To take everything you have. Your knowledge will give me what I need. After this, I will no longer need to rely on the Jedi Order."
[Backstory, family killed by pirate fleet. Planet ravaged. Was found by a Jedi Master, and brought back for training. Probably thinks your technology will allow him to destroy the fleet without Jedi aid.]
I sigh, "I'll give you one chance to turn around and go back. You cannot win, not use anything on me if you did."
He snarls, "I will have my revenge!" He ignites his lightsaber and leaps at me.
The saber is blocked by my personal forcefield. I unnoticeably hold my multi-tool to his chest.
He looks down with wide eyes, "What?"
I press the trigger and a overpowered scatterblast burst his body into singed pieces.
I look down at the leftover lightsaber
".....loot.", I pick up the lightsaber.
"A fine addition to my collection.", I then continue on my journey across Ossus. Which is nearly at its end.
