Issei was confused about the situation he was in but listened. he quickly put his pants back on and looked at the blonde boy with suspicion.

Rias now understanding the situation paled white. If Rias is right on what she's thinking then she swears that she'll have a heart attack.

Grabbing Issei by ear she asked, "Issei, what did you exchange your god-killing sacred gear for?" her voice full of authority

Letting go of his ear, Rias flopped back to the couch with a tired sigh "Of course you did"

on the other side, Riser was having a hard time holding back his laughter. to sell one of the god-killing weapons in exchange for *Pft* boobs is an absurdity he has never heard of before.

Looking at the calm Otto he spoke "Haha fine Human let's have a Rating game, but i do have another condition"

Raising an eyebrow he spoke, "What is it?"

Otto's expression didn't change as he heard it, although inside he wanted to fucking put the chicken on a stake"...I see, then let me put my condition"

"I want to bring a friend of mine to the fight, just us two against all your peerage" This made Riser surprised but it didn't matter as he was sure that the human wouldn't bring someone too strong.

After all, who can this average human call for help?

Grayfia took a step froward "Then the Rating game between Riser Phenex and Otto Apocalypse has been set" Grayfia announced.

Riser snorted as he thought that this would be an easy Rating game, he soon teleported away.

Oh boy was he wrong.

"Otto" Suddenly called out Rias

"Yes?"

"Thank you but are you sure you can win? Riser isn't weak either, he's a high-class devil. Even I'm not confident enough to beat him and his peerage, much less one-on-one" Rias voiced her concern for him

"Do not worry Ms. Gremory, it is all going to lord Otto's Plan' Rita was fully confident that he would win, the only scenario that he would lose in is if the whole underworld pitted against him-though the chance is incredibly slim.

Rias was surprised by Rita's words full of confidence but decided to trust them.

"But who are you going to bring Otto?" Rias was curious.

"That will be me" spoke a voice out of nowhere" As if a mirage had broken, a brown-haired boy that was sipping on tea and sweets appeared right next to Otto, no, he was here from the beginning!

"Welt?" Rias was once again surprised by his sudden appearance, even Grayfia hadn't detected him in the room, putting her on edge.

"Yes, it is me. I will be masacari-...fighting Riser along Otto" Declared Welt as if it was a matter of fact.

"fufu~ yes, the game is set" Spoke Otto as a devious grin spread through his mouth, sending chills down everyone's spine.

it wasn't a happy, sad, or excited smile.

it was one full of evil.

Otto's other side was showing-his villainous side.

The villain with no mercy or empathy.
